    Purpose of sleep is to regenerate and repair your body. It has direct impact on your longevity. Unless randomised control trials prove that this is the way sleep can significantly impact on longevity of your life, this lecture is doesn’t deserve to be a ted talk. Its like a project presentation of masters degree who just learned concept of p values.
    A lot of people struggle with sleep simply because of three reasons.
    1.They dont get enough sun ( at the right time).
    2. They eat high carb and sugar diet. Even eating catabolic food at night will mess with you. Its about eating right at the right time.
    3. They are procrastinators who refuse to go sleep at the right time.
    Expose yourself to sun in the early morning for an hour and you will sleep like a baby. Dont consume coffee. Coffee interfere with brain chemistry. After one point you need to drink more and more coffee to get the same effects. Give your stress glands chance to rest. Drink lemon balm tea for a month or so.
