I work for Closets by Design & you must have met with a designer that was new that wasn't aware of how much we offer. My location offers everything that California Closets does, valet, belt & tie rods, & so much more. But you are correct that they are more expensive than Closets by Design. Both companies do a wonderful job.
And that very well could've been the case. I feel like since then, Closets by Design has truly upped their service and quality. I have actually referred a ton of my clients to CBD because I honestly believe they are working on perfecting their craftmanship and overall presence in the closet/custom storage world. I think my CBD designer may have lacked experiences which is fair. CC is very expensive and I definitely paid for the type of service and craftmanship I wanted but if I'd do another area in the home, like my daughters' closet or my pantry or even the garage, I will be seeking CBD just to see how much they've elevated since 2020. The wallpaper is everything! Beautiful. I love California Closets, they're amazing. Your closet is beautiful. I agree, the quality of their product is quality. Having a custom closet built was one of the best things I did for myself. It still puts a smile on my face every day I open the door to my closet, lol. Congrats on baby #3😍
Oh mylanta!!! Look at that! This video truly helped me decide where I want my closet designed from! Its hard because my house is not finish being built yet but I'd be a fool if I paid the builders prices for a custom closet. Im actually very happy I found you when I did because now I'll be watching all of your videos!!

Closets By Design actually has great accessories and builds from the floor up, which wall hanging systems are not as suitable for a lot of clothes, due to wall support and over time not holding up well.

Great question! The closet in total was about $7800. I paid 50% to get scheduled and the remaining 50% about 12-14 weeks later once it was completely installed. Hope this helps and apologies in the reply, finding my groove again

Hey! It depends on your definition of expensive. Because I knew the quality, the look and aesthetics I was going for, it was reasonable for me and what I had budgeted. There are other local vendors that may do the job for cheaper but the look and quality could be compromised
