@@kenkozawa9810oh shut up people, he displayed drop shots, volley, slices and rainbows today, how much more variation do you need? Watch the full game instead of 3 min highlights. It’s becoming annoying hearing people still thinking Sinner is a ball basher. Alcaraz doesn’t seem to make that much variation when he plays against sinner, doesn’t he? 👎🏼

jesper played pretty solid in the first set despite the scoreline. he was smart with his serve placements and had the right idea in terms of how to construct points. even the commentators on espn were surprised regarding his tennis iq. his lack of weapons costed him a lot, just couldn't outmatch sinner's absurd firepower no matter where he was hitting the ball. and kudos to sinner. i know it's early and difficult to say, but he has probably impressed me the most out of the top seeds so far.

Dear commentators, could you please stop comparing Alcaraz and Sinner and speculate about who will win more slams? Like drunken guys at a pissing contest? It's so macho and unnecessary. These two players have incredible talent and very different styles, just like Roger and Rafa. They have one thing in common: they unite the real tennis fans with their wonderful attitude off and on the court and it's the only thing that REALLY matters. Let's enjoy their tennis, that's it!

I share the excitement for Sinner's career and also believe he will continue to be among the very best in the sport. However, I can't understand people in the comments saying he will be the biggest after Novak. He is older, and far less successful than Alcaraz. 22 vs. 20 years old, no Grand Slam Finals, no ATP Finals, fewer masters, fewer titles, fewer wins... By which metric is he better ou most likely to be #1 than Medvedev or Alcaraz? This sounds like mere wishful thinking, guys.
