Very classy collection! The historic continuity and variety of Jasperware are unique. The black is, to me, the most striking and most reminiscent of ancient pottery.

I have found a Wedgwood teapot but its made in 1671. Does it belong to the family before Wedgwood company being funded ? the pot has nothing on it and its just a date(1671)

That small Jubilee teapot is actually a creamer with a lid, probably from the sugar box in this set.

Yes the black jasperware is absolutely beautiful and classic. I do hope to collect a few more of the black pieces in the future.

Thanks for the info! We just bought a 120 yo farmhouse and found a box of these from 1980s! Very cool to know their history
