    Letter Carriers deliver your mail everyday
    remember that when it's pouring rain...
    remember that when it's snowing like crazy...
    remember that when it's cold outside...
    remember that when it's icey....
    Your letter carrier always delivers your mail..Now here's the punch line.
    Canada Post wants to take away your letter carriers sick days (ALL there sick days).
    AND THAT'S NO JOKE!

    I am very disapointed with Canada Post. I've sent an envelope to an office X here in Montreal by Purolator. This X office sent it back to me by Canada Post as a regular mail. Here my nightmare started. Five week later I haven't received my envelope so far.
    I called the X office and they told me they have sent already the envelope so the responsibility is on Canada Post. I have called Canada Post 3 times, every single time the answer is "no", "I'm sorry", "I can't do anything". Yesterday the answer was different: "Go to the nearest Canada Post office of your home". I said, there's still some hope I can find my documents. I went today to a Canada Post Office (in Plamondon) and I received the same answer: "since there's no tracking number because the mail was sent as a regular mail, there's no way to know where's your envelope". The documents in the envelope are the ones the Canadian Government demands to an applicant wanting an evaluation of the studies they have done abroad (certified copies, official translations, college marks, stamps, forms, etc) It took me 9 moths to collect all of them. Today Canada Post doesn't has an asnwer. I walked to the second Canada Post office (Van Horne and Cote des Neiges)... same answer. I left the office and I saw a Canada Post Truck like 300 meters away on Cote Saint Catherine Street. I ran to this truck and stoped the driver, the Canada Post employee. I explained him my situation. He told me Canada Post delivers millions of mails a day and what I was doing was like "chasing something impossible". I am stressed with this situation, with the answers of Cnada Post. This is not the firsttime it happens to me with this company. ¿How it is possible that this company treats custumers thi way? ¿Why there is no procedure to track regular mail or at least to know where they are? Unbelievable. I don't know what to do.

    • @ednakrabapoly
      @ednakrabapoly 7 років тому +1

      Fernando Bedoya If you're sending important documents, always get a tracking number. There's no point in asking all these people if you don't have a tracking number. Lesson for next time.

    Think the Post Office is not making money... check it out...

    • @mgheichert
      @mgheichert 9 років тому

      Canada Post is making money ONLY if the overpaid and under worked employees decide they don't want their gold plated pensions.
      I don't think they will give up their pensions do you?
      Harper has provided $2.5 Billion to help fund the shortfall in their pension plan.
      The pension plan *shortfall is still over $6 Billion and growing by $1 Billion a year*.
      This is because of too little being paid in by workers, employees are able to retire too early and collect too much.
      Hard to fund a plan when you can COLLECT a pension for almost as many years as you work.
      They say the Canadian Taxpayer is not on the hook for the shortfall but the UNION has insisted that we will be. PROOF upon request.
      So lets make the pension plan a DEFINED CONTRIBUTION for younger employees.
      The worker pays in so much and Canada Post pays in so much.
      So if you think a company with a pension plan going a $1,000,0000,000 in debt every year is profitable you must be a union man & a fool.
      Would YOU invest all your money in Canada Post when it is going a $Billion a year in the hole?

    The union is out of touch with the times, we the people are making less than the government union members and their pensions are crazy. It is time to stop these run away unions we just can't afford them.

    I had a mailman cutting across my lawn. My wife caught up with him one day and asked him if he was interested in doing the lawn repairs needed soon from the new path he was wearing into the grass. His face turned beet red and he didn't know whether too shit, whistle or steal third base hahaha She said it was hilarious, sorry I missed it , seriously though it was a drought and grass definitely didn't need daily walking on it. He didn't walk on it anymore. Good thing otherwise we'd have to release the dogs on him:)

    It certainly PAYS to work at the Canada Post store outlets, particularly the franchised ones, where 'staff' ( who also stock perfumes and soap in the drugstore) ROUTINELY overcharge Canadians on larger envelopes and packages, and pocket the difference..... parasites , To prove my point, bring an oversized, internationally bound envelope in to the franchised outlets, ( after previously noting the weight and dimensions) , verify the right price online, then call up Canada Post's slick salesmen and demand a refund for overcharging. They are READY to issue a refund, as they know their employees are routinely cheating Canadians on postage. This proves their guilt.
