I have purchased the product in march 2024 and within 8 months i face battery issue, suddenly while using the product battery dropped to 3 percent from 60 percent. Now the battery is bad. I raised a complain and agaro has replaced my product because it has two years warranty Product is good but now I am worried about the durability

Yes, you don't need to sweep at all. However, pick up chunky trash like paper balls or anything that could be big for the mop. You can do only floor with this. It's not for furniture, mattress or ceiling. It's a mop with added vacuum feature.
