David, PenBoyRoy did an interview with Waldmann's distributor a few years ago and explained that the 10 year warranty was a result of German law that doesn't allow Lifetime Warranties. He specifically stated however, that Waldmann will warranty any Waldmann pen for life and that the 10 year limit was only there because of warranty regulation.
Lacquered sterling silver and guilloche. Gonna be costly to manufacture. Everything has gone up in price. The section and the step up to the barrel aren't to my taste.

I think I recall a ST Dupond with the same finish, but maybe I'm confused
Nice pen. It falls short of the Graph von Faber-Castel, however. I really like the ink you chose.
if you twist a pull cap pen, you may have a close encounter with the liquid insides.
Thin pens are not for me. Metal grip aections neither. 400 dollar for a steel nib is remarkable.
Couldn’t have said it better!
The first two aren't deal-breakers for me, but that third...oof.

PERFECT !!! VERY OVERRATTED !!! 😊
Very much agree.
400 gets you a really nice gold nibbed pen - why would anyone reach for a botched design with a jowo #5 for that?
Definitely eye candy, not necessarily for me though...
I will be checking this brand as it is new to me.
Thanks for sharing!
They resemble reptile scales
Very pretty but too skinny for me. I’ve also found that I don’t like using metal grip sections in the winter.
