- In this video I unbox, assemble and demonstrate this toy vacuum cleaner based on a Dyson DC14 bagless upright cleaner.
This detailed little toy has two motors, one provides suction through the hose and the other produces the realistic cyclonic action.
Requires 4 C type batteries.

I had that vacuum when I was 6-8 years old I think, I remember playing with it and talking to my brother and my mum feeding me rice while I'm playing with the vacuum. I was a big fan of vacuum cleaners back then...

Back then i was so obsessed with vacuums so this could of be perfect for me
Shame they couldn’t take some of the hand held dyson technology and create a small working hoover that looked like this but really worked, so the kids could clean the carpet as they play.

We are gettong my brother this for his 2nd birthday in a few weeks. He is absolutly dyson mad!!! As soon as I go upstairs he want me to bring my Dyson DC04 Absolute + down, when I do he starts running around going "Ooooooooooooooooooooo"

We bought one for our son one a month ago. He absolutely loves vacuums and this review made this one sound great and it looked similar to our dyson.
The lower front head portion of the vacuum regularly fell off. The wand consistently got stuck and some of the attachments just balanced on the vacuum. After a month, the wand attachment area completely broke. I was so done with this toy, I threw it out. Poorly made, and constructed. The yellow dyson toy vacuum is much more reliable and durable.
Yes, the Ball toy Dyson is more durable.

I used to have one of these when I was 4.
My dc14 has 4 attachments this toy almost got me thinking it was a new model
I am a huge Dyson fan and for some reason I want this too!
If it makes you feel better, think of it as a working scale model rather than a toy. That's what I do when I buy a toy, I mean model vacuum.

If they bent the crevice tool, added holes in the upholstery tool, and used soft brushes in the dusting tool, it would have been much more realistic.

My son adores his, loves to help mom vacuum with her Dyson.
Problem: static electricity. After many months the plastic spinning balls are now stuck to the top plastic ! So how do I get rid of the static. Tried a dryer sheet and aluminum foil. Almost every ball was stuck. I got some 8 free. How do I un-static them ?
I used to have a toy Dyson when I was a child, around the year 2001, I had the upright and cylinder version which were purple, yellow and red. Wish I could remember the model numbers, think it was the DC04. I envy your collection of vacuums, you've given me lots more ideas of ones to collect.

hi Rodger. I am hoping to receive a hoover that has the famous double stretch hose. how do you clean them? I ask this as I have no clue at all.
+connor coutts I would soak it in hot soapy water but don't wet the inside as it contains a metal spring. A cream cleaner and plenty of elbow grease should remove the dirt, followed by a thorough rinse and dry.
