YCBM is an excellent service. I hope this acquisition doesnt compromise it by inserting LLM into it where it doesn't need it. If I have to second-guess what it does for me because an algorithm hallucinated results at me then it's no longer useful.

I can say categorically that is not going to happen! Capacity is an amazing tool though - we will be using it for our customer support enquiries, and plugging into to larger capacity customers who need scheduling as part of their service. But you don't need LLMs to build a booking tool
