I feel like the big flaw in The Master's plan (if this theory proves true) is that both light and darkness can come from people's heart. Kingdom Hearts may have created it's own universe, but as soon a people with hearts were born, darkness was also born. Would this not imply that Kingdom Hearts has darkness in it too if it created people whose heart can beget darkness? Also, if Kingdom Hearts originated from Pre-Quadratum, wouldn't that mean that those that remained when The Master left with Kingdom Hearts initially received their hearts from Kingdom Hearts? If not, then they can grow new hearts on their own (as proven with Roxas, Axel, and many other Nobodies) that also contained light and darkness, but because they know nothing of light and dark, they instead call it Karma, which is the sum of a person's actions in this and previous states of existence, viewed as deciding their fate in future existences. In other word, The Master plans will not work.
So Quadratum was born from the remains of MoM’s home reality, and now he wants to restore his home without Darkness at the expense of the realities currently present? That actually makes a ton of sense!

The MoM seems to have no such motivation since if power was the goal he does not seem to seek any in any way shape or form and dealing with the darknesses in a way that would cover his tracks would have been easier by simply "streaching" them out to a degree where they would be incapable of speaking out. I think his motive is as he says though his plan might be flawed since the darknesses are more resilient that one might think.

I dint think the gold eyes specifically meant xehanort. I think they just mean tainted by darkness. Remember aqua had golden eyes in 3 but that was from darkness taint rather than xehanort. Also if anyone had the ability to remove someone's heart from himself it would be the person that has been regularly moving his heart around for hundreds if not thousands of years

If this theory is true, I wonder if we would find out there is some sort of record that details how Kingdom Hearts was discovered and what had happened after all being treated as nothing more than either a myth or a legend. Since if that's the case, imagine Riku and Sora discovering that story. After all, Myth and Legends tends to have some sort of truth behind them due to how a lot of details had been lost while new ones gets added to fill in the gap. So while the heroes will initally take what they discover at face value, some questions will remain that causes them to start looking into what had happened.

Theory: Yozora switches hearts with riku, thus the reason "Yozora" says it isnt really what he looks like. So Riku is in Yozoras body, and Yozora in rikus. The heart that is in Yozoras original body is probably the MoM attempting to get into whatever is in the box, my guess? Probably another replica.

By definition it's not, the worlds within THE WORLD are described as planetoids that can be traveled to within a space in material with their own set of laws and flow of time. Multiverse needs to incorporate separate realities that can easily be accessed by theoretical means, which is the case we have now

Truth be told I wouldn't count the name "Quadratum" to apply to it's entire reality, rather Quadratum is just a city, but I get why it would be called that way since it's always been the case with the other worlds aswell. So just to clarify, Quadratum in itself would probably be a city from a whole reality unlike the worlds of KH where we see sleeping realms that are essentially parts of those world's that haven't awakened yet like Pinocchio's.
So it's fitting that Sora is the daytime sky and Yozora is the Night Sky (which Noctis is in Latin) and both need to exist. This is in relation to their names. I feel like light and darkness will betray the Master of Masters to keep balance since you need both of them for harmony, being in a world with only the presence of light sounds awful (what MoM feels sounds like the fear of death and dying [which would also be represented by darkness]).
I just realized. Xehanort doesn’t have any friends, He was a baby in missing link so Xehanort thinks he has friends but it’s the player friends that he want to see. Xehanort was looking inside the player ❤️ so Xehanort thinks he its his friends but it’s really the player friends he looking for. Wow ! and at the end of dark road it’s makes it clear
