Topwater Rockfish On The Chesapeake Bay!

Another beautiful evening on the Chesapeake Bay catching some topwater rockfish.

I fish top water a lot for striper, when there is chop on the water I like the Cotton Cordell Pencil Pooper, black and chrome.

Please don't catch and release, off season in water 75 and up, the rockfish blood gets acidotic and most all die. I think I'll call DNR on you guys. Please educate yourself. Oh , you don't need that big ole net for them babies, flip em into the boat and let them go

Switch them treble hooks out for singles. A lot safer

If you don’t mind me asking what single hooks do you run? I switched them out on one of my baits but I think they are too big and weighing the bait down now. Thank you for watching!
