Con frecuencia veo que en Corea se elabora queso y el suero que sale después de extraer el queso lo descartan. En muchos países ese suero se somete a cocción y extraen lo que llamamos REQUESON, que es la misma RICOTA. Creo que están perdiendo un buen derivado de la leche. No boten ese suero, después de sacar el queso. Están perdiendo un gran producto.

That way you won't have to assume everyone else out there in the world speaks your language.

Washing eggs removes the natural coating and makes them more vulnerable to salmonella. They then have to be kept chilled. This method is also used in America. I believe it is used instead of controlling hygiene at the source. In Australia eggs are sold at room temperature, on the open shelf. We do not need to wash or refrigerate our eggs.
I agree concerning the effect of washing, but here they have a UV-Desinfection (I am not sure, if these seconds of UV really are effective) and Salmonella do not only contaminate the shell but can also be in the inside, even in the egg yolk. So you should refrigerate eggs after a while. Control of the hygiene at the source is a prerequisite anyway.
I was taught you can't freeze, defrost, then refreeze meat (the ribs) because it's unsafe. I'm surprised they do that. Also, those dumplings .. that clicking noise would be hard to work with 😐

Sanitary processing for the eggs here is top, but I'd rather have my UK eggs where they aren't messed with and may come with hen poop or the odd stray feather. At least I know my eggs have literally come from the hen and not overprocessed through a factory.

The amount of disposable packing, wrapping and boxing etc is amazing and distressing.
The sheer amount of waste from all that packaging is just mind-boggling. I’ve noticed there’s a lot of waste in general with some of these facilities.
I feel the same. I'm always astonished at the amount of water used, too.
