At 0:49 look at that house's storm door. Standing strong, tall, proud. That is why they call them storm doors. It's like it's standing in defiance to the storm, saying, "Screw YOU storm!" What a bad ass door.

If you look closely, you will see that the roof of that house is very shallow-sloped, I'd say maybe 10 to 15 degrees. When wind blows over a roof with shallow slopes like that, it creates lift, like an airplane wing. And when the lift gets strong enough, it can literally pull the roof straight up

The tornado moves through the field of view at around 0:43-0:44.
The strong winds after that are probably the inflow jet behind the tornado.

Wow! Great footage!!! If only it were possible to tell them how insanely dangerous it is to stand in front of a window filming during a tornado.

That language sounds more like a South Asian Language like Bengali. It really does not sound like Chinese at all as it does not have the heavy inflections that are trademarked in the language.

@@ceer6 No they don't. Brick walls collapse more easily under lateral stresses, like tornado winds or earthquakes. It's why brick homes are illegal to build in certain areas. Wood frame construction holds up much better, but nothing is going to survive 300 km/h+ winds.
