I have been working away on my small business, prepping towards a autumn product launch, Today I want to finalise designing a huge gaming mousemat to add to our business as well as beginning the initial sketches for the new one
First off though i need to make my mac a little faster by installing some Ram then it's time to get to work in our small business!

When you make your matcha lattes, try it 3 or 4 pumps of brown sugar cinnamon syrup by Torani. It’s delicious!
My stupid new Mac only has 8GB of RAM and I can't add any more - arrgh, I hate it so much! I LOVE that you grabbed your cute wee cloud while Dean was working his magic as that's exactly what I'd do if my partner was doing similar technical stuff 😆
It really made me feel so good that you get "ancy" when you just sit and illustrate after a certain amount of time! I struggle with this too, but felt like I was lazy, so glad to know other people feel this way and it's normal❤ a cozy relaxed space definitely makes the difference!
Apples long con. A friend of mine use to have a Mac and once she updated her mac 5 times the thing no longer worked. So sad. P.S. The S&B golden curry can be found in supermarkets sometimes. Look out for it in the world food aisles.

You could get one of your suppliers to print a decal of your gaming mousemat scene to go where you wanted to paint your wall pink. It could be quicker for you! And SO pretty. 🌸

eeep. I haven't actually done proper mood boards in years, maybe I should, this looks so much more fun than my process.
I think you should design a peel & stick wall paper for your back wall like you game mats.
Also keep your cache clear and check how many programs are running in the background. I think the little coffee shop scene is absolutely lovely. I love Vera and am delighted to find a new series must be coming. What moodboard are you using? I tend to gather all images and print them out of photoshop on an assembled collage. But that takes time.

Upgrading your ram is a good idea but you should also work with proxies instead of the full res footage if you aren’t already. It’ll make editing smooth like butter. You should especially do it if you are shooting in 4K. I’m a video editor so I work with super huge 8k files with no lag or wheel of death.
I think I do edit in proxy but I can’t be too sure 🤣🥲 I’m still learning! I only recently realised I was editing In the wrong frame rate haha 🥲🥲🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
@@KatnippStudios your computer definitely now has enough ram to support your editing so if it’s still slow double check on the proxies. It’ll speed everything up for you. Frame rate can be tricky but you do a wonderful job especially not having a filmmaking background!

We get those curries in the Supermarkets in Hawaii 😊. I'm pretty sure you may be able to find those in the UK. Maybe in an Asian grocery store. I used to go to a couple in London. So maybe in Manchester or a bigger city? But probably just easier to buy online.😋

Yup, asian grocery stores they sell it cheaper than even the japanese grocery stores for the same exact item.

As much as I love apple it does piss me off how they lock stuff so you can’t enhance things like ram or storage. Glad you got that fixed I built my own pc for this reason and had to update my ram as well so much stuff requires so much ram and storage!!
