I am always doing breath work and chakras because when I am balanced. I can heal more easily. Also I am healing one inner child wound because my twin is literally showing me over and over.
I am literally been working with god and inner voice.

Woww...this makes sense!!! I have graves dis-ease....it's now need to be back in lower dose of the meds. I'm getting more stable not just on that but also my brain tumor stays good, the other one also shrunk down. Also my seizures are way stable. All of my meds are getting to lower dosage & more into vitamins and herbs to keep it balance. Combo of both western meds & holistic eastern herbs.
All my internal endocrine & brain plus nervous system are getting better!!
Emotionally I'm getting sensitive....especially in innerchild. Mother daughter touching moments I see on TV will melt me & I started to cry. Same goes for my womb trauma, will get triggered at times.
I feel the divine feminine need more balance & grounding.
I've been doing a lot more breath work & a lot of reflection on the 21 days abundance journey too.
On top of that, I just want to listen to feel good music's & dance when it comes to innerchild 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

Thank you JJ! Just LAST night I broke down emotionally explaining to my partner about this exact scenario. I was using the word trigger, and usually avoid that word, but it was the right word for this situation. I was specifically talking about how I was disappointed and confused by a reaction I had to my teenage daughter. I was frustrated because I couldn’t figure out what else to do to help my inner self match my outer actions in a more consistent way, frustrated that I can’t figure it out. Thanks for the Great advice about how to understand and navigate what I imagine many of us are experiencing. Absolutely nothing but gratitude for your channel!!
