I love your content dude. Hitting my class in the morning is the only way to start the day and it flexes the “do it anyway” muscle.
Also…tell the homie in the background snatching I hope his back is okay 😂

Great workout. But you probably want to take it down a notch on the rower. Since this is a long workout in the lactic threshold area, you want to have at least one movement where your pulse gets down to to zone 3 (or maybe even 2), and the rower is best suited for that, since the one minute pause is too short. Then, aim for bigger sets on the snatches and pull-ups, not worrying too much about your pulse getting high, and then going all out on the last round of rowing.
But, you can't expect to push the pulse at the threshold level for the whole duration of the workout. That's just going to make you derail, as you did on the second round of the snatches
Inspiring video though, looking forward to seeing more from your channel!

Life is too short not to get what you want ( without financial hardship of course ). Does this new type of work come with a pay increase, I hope?. I have noticed lately that you seem more, I don't know If assertive is the correct word, but whatever it is, it is becoming of you. Have a fantastic day/night? at work and see ya next time. P.S. Another great workout!!!
