Nobody likes an internet coach so I apologize for saying this but I want Sara to win so badly. She makes a very basic mistake with her rowing. She opens up way too early at the catch. It’s a basic mistake on the same level as not getting full extension on a clean or not getting into the hollow position for gymnastic movements. She’s a freakishly strong rower. With some technical work she could be the best in the game.

I love the intimacy of the video, the coaching, the performance, until you put on that stupid noise and I have to turn down the volume or go deaf. And I know the people in the video aren't hearing it, it's just for us. Well, don't bother. Why do video makers (and bar owners) confuse loud noise with excitement? Excitement sometimes causes loud noise, not the other way around. Loud, unnecessary soundtracks just make me hate the sponsor. But keep making videos featuring Ragnheidur. Please.
I would not recommend doing american football training you won't come across that in Cross fit and could damage your shoulder, remember those guys wear shoulder pads
