I think the pageants are okay, but I don’t feel like they should be allowed to be that extreme. There’s no reason for kids to have flippers, spray tans, caked on make up, and 14hr days of practice. Let them go out in their cute dresses, with their hair fixed (a normal hairstyle), and have a blast on the stage. It should not be made as crazy as it is
Man I grew up in the early 2000s so I've seen most of these and they're funny as fuck. Back then I didn't realize it was "problematic." Odd? Sure, but problematic?
