  • This week, Dean of Biblical Studies at IBC Brother Bobby Killmon answers the question, "How would you address the claim that 'There are ‘good people’ who haven’t obeyed Acts 2:38 who might be saved…' or will perhaps be '…judged by the light they knew?"
After reading this article which was published in the IBC Perspectives magazine, Brother Bobby Killmon sits down with Brother Chris Henderson and they discuss the topic further.

The scripture says that, "Faith cometh by hearing and that by the word of God". The Bible also says,
" how can they hear except there be a preacher and how could they preach except they be sent."
So my question is those who never heard the gospel are they judge by something that they never heard? Never presented with the opportunity to believe in this one God's gospel? That puzzles me.
As we say where I'm from, "do what you know to do right", and I think, God understands. He is not unjust. He's gonna work a lot of this stuff out when he comes.
I think Pride is to say we have the revelation of God when scripture plainly tells us that it is He the Spirit that shall lead/guide us into All truth. It is very clear to me and I love apostolics, but the Doctrine is good only when perceive through the mind of the spirit which was also in Christ Jesus. We have become intellectuals and we have no manifestation of this one God other than speaking in tongues. Brother Paul said if we live in the spirit let us also walk in the spirit.
And we still forget about the thief on the cross. Although he was a covenant Jew, after the sacrifice was made, the yearly atonement, that individual still had to carry out his holy rite.
So God In His Infinite knows them that are his. This is how the foundation remains sure! God knows.
We really need to sit before God.
