just when you thought life couldn't get worse, a thunderstorm! Thoughts and prayers to all the victims that got wet and the first responders (people with towels).
Better a safer fair from nature than from good weather and more thugs
Happy we went Thursday instead
@@maurytitaniumberg3708 it's only the first couple days, give it time
What a bizarre response Maury, off your meds are we?
@@turkey4957 awww, yet you understood. Cheers
If only we could forecast the weather
Only reason I'd go to the fair is to throw eggs at a meteorologist.
Well at least the urgency is just raindrops instead of bullets flying like we were all expecting after dark
In the end they decided the sheriff dept. was rather prudent to add additionally to other security already planned ....the thugs have been known to litteraly throw guns (on occasion) over the fence at various spots in the past , according to sheriff fletcher.
So MNDashcam you’re one of those Karen’s that acts like everything is overridden with gangland type activity, gotcha. Have fun hiding in your suburban home from the evil that’s lays outside 😂
It typically storms once during the Fair, then the weather turns cooler. We're probably right on schedule for the change of seasons. But dang, that's a lot of water.
This is called lack of maintenance on the sewage drains. Thanks Melvin Carter for your carefree lack of maintenance to the city!
Well said Wingnut!
@@jimbeekman4863 only my close friends call me wingnut.
It’s also called flash flooding. Try not to make your whole life about politics, sounds like a sad life
@@alexaecho4273 I call it as I see it! And the last two years have been horrible under the demorats! This country is turning into a 3rd world country right before our eyes. It's time to wake up out that Obama/biden coma Alexa!
Really though Alexa it’s hilarious how a literal storm video people get up on their political rant podium. Reflects back on their mental state more than anything really.
Yikes… big financial loss for vendors, I suppose?
I hope no one was injured.
Not really.
Most people just return to the Fair another day.
Or, in the case of a short storm like this one, just get under cover for a half-hour or so, and then come out again when the rain stops.
Over all the 12 days of the Fair, there are usually 3 or 4 rainy days. But on average, that doesn't have much impact on the total attendance (or sales)
Bob and Pat had their work cut out for them!
Yep
That's unfortunate, people should really start planning ahead on these trips though.
Jesus is coming back soon. Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
They've been saying this for the last 2000 years...
How many people have died in last 2000 years waiting for some half human/alien to show up?...
Even the gods have turned against Minnesota.
#GeorgeFloyd!
Is this the first storm to hit Minneapolis? No so please

must have been so scary. RIP to everyone we lost. heart breaking
I was there during that!!! It was fun and crazy!
Glad you’re ok!!!!❤️💖💖❤️💜💜😍💙💙💜
I live in this city last night omg it’s was like a hurricane
That was probably the scariest thing that’s ever happened to me
Then you've lived a sheltered life.
I hope you and your family are safe
@@jimbeekman4863 fr
We were under the bridge near the grandstand. It came on very suddenly
That’s the scary part how calm it is then it starts pouring
Shows how many people do not watch the weather. Funny since most live on their phones.
Surprise flash flood probably saved everyone from a gang shooting.
Well said Jeffery

i was there yesterday to volunteer with a bunch of others for my school’s jrotc program. our instructor was talking about how we weren’t his responsibility after 9pm because he had to go home and some of us were probably going to go on rides or do fair events. then when he finished talking, all the rain just downpoured out of nowhere. thankfully we were able to find shelter for a bit before moving to another place. 😭
All that electricity powering everything, what could go wrong.
At least the needles are washed away

Oh my god hopefully bob and pat did not need to run lol
People in MS trapped on roofs: Shucks
People in MN with big puddle: God has forsaken me
It's the other way around sweetie.
@@anthonythomas1504 No it is not. MN had no significant flooding problem, people returned to the fair the next morning. MS is still struggling with their disaster situation and cars were getting completely submerged with people stuck on rooftops. It's sad how much MN wants to be a victim while simultaneously being absolutely fine, and getting their beers on a stick.
I’m glad that everyone is ok. I wonder if any lighting struck the fair rides.
Damn
How many people blame this storm on climate change? Raise of hands
Greta Thunberg did🖐
@@sadeaton Poor Greta, her childhood was taken away from her by the weatherman 😂
I went here today
At least it’s just a little one🙂
People running with a raincoat on really doesn't make no sense..
🤡🤡🤡😭🙈
Actually, the lightning was insane before it started raining...
I was there when it happened
Wasn’t there a lightning show also
Don't these ppl ever read weather forecasts??????
Yah, they're never right.
@@roxyfur Last year I planned on going to a Twins game on my birthday. But the weather man said it was going to rain. So I changed the day. Turns out the weather was beautiful on my birthday.
Why run? You're going to get soaked either way
Just surprised nobody was shooting anyone.
That was a bad flash flood! I could see a paper cup get swept away.
Every single person here, been hiding in their cars all their lives. Love seeing yall panic over legit WATER.
The lines really shortened up tho.
These people don’t get weather updates? 🎪🤡‘S or fair 🤡‘S

Minnesota. Don't these people check the weather forecast. Dumb.

"Climate change isn't real, now go back to watching Netflix"
WTF does climate change have to do with a thunderstorm ⛈️? Is this the first recorded Storm in Minneapolis history? SMH it's called bad weather and is a natural occurrence
I'm still hiding in my garage with a camping stove and a handgun awaiting the Y2K disaster.
@@BradThePitts lmfbo 😄👍🇺🇸
What? Climate change is def not real, just ignore the flooding, derangement of seasons, the lack of precipitation in other places and etc
This is your idea of flooding? Sewers backed up during a heavy, flash rain
@@roxyfur It does say “flash flood” does it not? But this isn’t the only case of flooding, the other day it flooded in a suburb of the cities, in July it flooded where I live, and we look across the nation like how Nevada is flooding but the state next door is in a total drought
Operation poppeye made it to the north. Omg! Climate change!! REEeeeee
@@Jericho-tc9yn Climate change is a serious item, it is specially affecting our farmers, ruining their crops and when it hurts the farmers it hurts the rest of us because they are quite literally the backbone of our economy and if we don’t have them we don’t have food or an economy
@@creedencecomet did your television tell you that or have you spoken to the farmers?
Look like none human beings running like fake clowns at a clown 🤡 show 😂😂😂😂😂
Very sad to see. Very bad stuff.
