Andy's answer of Haaland for the hattricks question was correct. He scored one against Burnley in FA Cup, 5 against Leipzig in UCL and got at least 3 or 4 in the Prem.
Kirbz didn’t have to feel the pain because it was Jimmy Kebe that scored the fastest goal in FA Cup History it was after 9 secs against WBA for Reading, Gündogan’s was the fastest goal in the FINAL in FA Cup History
"Name the first non British player to win the Premier League Golden boot" That should have been how the question was worded. I was completely lost on that first one
All oakel had to ask was “who was the first non-British player to win the golden boot in the premier league” and it would have saved so much confusion 🤣
Sorry Oaks but the wording of that first question was absolutely abysmal, didn't even mention which league/competition? Should have been 'Who were the first two foreign players to win the Premier League Golden Boot?'
I'd also say as a way to improve the quiz, questions regarding prices players were signed/bought for are hard because of the fact stated in this episode that we never truly know the correct amount. Both clubs involved say a different amount let alone whether the cost is reported as Euros or Pounds. I mean all of this to say, it doesn't really test someones IQ on football when it's not a black or what fact if that makes sense?
Get Andy a new opponent I reckon. That first one was definitely worded poorly unfortunately. I may have said it something like "The first time the Premier League golden boot was won by an overseas player it was actually shared by two foreign players. Can you name either of these two players?"
My gosh Oakley hahaha Please research the quiz before doing it 😂 Love the series, maybe it's funnier that you don't know the context around the answers actually haha
Can the score go up after the question not before, not sure if it’s an editing problem or just timing problem. Also that first question made sense but needed more context.
That first question is worded so bad. No league mentioned, international doesn't exclusively mean non-English/British. An international player can easily be seen as someone who is literally playing for their country
West ham havent won silverware since 1980, why were the commenators saying 56 years since they won a trophy then when they won the conference league or was it European comps???
oakley that first question was very easy to understand i got it straight away and i got one of the 2 right ye it’s a kirbz and andy issue i don’t know why they can’t understand
I’m sat here playing my first champs on about 2 months and I heard the women’s euros question and out of no where I think in my head 87,500 and was super close, I also didn’t even watch the final and aren’t from england😂
I think Oakley needs to put more work into the questions/question types. Some of the questions are unnecessarily wordy/confusing (such as the first questions), not detailed enough(such as the Newcastle questions, i don't know anyone who isn't a Newcastle fan who would of gotten that question right), or don't fit his trivia format (such as the Women's euro attendance number)
Using 'international' to describe a foreign player is just so confusing. International player as in someone who plays for their country? In what competition even?
This is a great series but not too keen on the anagrams round personally, doesn't real require much skill. You either have that sort of brain or you don't, not sure if others agree?
A. The 1st question made enough sense, definitely didn't deserve Andy's protestations B. Personally, the questions being this hard makes it less fun to watch and play along
I know I'm late to this video but the way oaks worded the first question was horrendous. He said international player as if English players aren't international. Rice and kane played for the international team so therefore they are internationals. He should have described them as foreign players
The last episodes have been so good, but this one was horror. The issues with the questions, as well as clarifications missing, and a lot of the answers were very under researched, the whole episode needs to be redone. Club questions need to come back too, Andy gets the advantage of time to research because he wins. In “king” style games, where the winner stays on, you usually have some sort of advantage for the king.
They were still a Premier League club though, you don't change league until the season is over. Relegation being confirmed just means that you will be in the lower division the following season, not that you are already in that division 😉
Some of the questions so far have been shocking that first one the way you worded it made absolutely no sense at all and also the Haaland answer given for the hatricks was correct you said it was wrong and also the Gundogan answer was incorrect that was thwe fastest goal in fa cup FINAL history not the fastest goal in FA CUP history that was Jimmy Kebe after 9 seconds and that list you read out of transfers over 100m nore than half of them were under 100m come on surely you should have all possible correct answers wrote down in front of you and actually put some effort into the series and do a bit of research. Series is a good idea if you can get it right.
Not that difficult to hold your hand up and accept the mistake Oaks when both your guests said they didn't quite understand the question. I felt you were too defensive and stubborn. Not a great look. It was actually a good question but the wording was 100% confusing.
Andy's answer of Haaland for the hattricks question was correct. He scored one against Burnley in FA Cup, 5 against Leipzig in UCL and got at least 3 or 4 in the Prem.
Andy got scammed again, very FISHY
I am 100 percent certain that Haaland was correct as well (Too many in prem, Burnley in fa cup, Leipzig in UCL).
The question should’ve been “Who were the first 2 foreign players to win the golden boot in the premier league?”
Shocking question to start with.
'Of course its the prem' says it all really
Exactly.
Yep
I was confused on international (but I understood after) because it can mean that they were at the time in their national team
I just think he didn’t want to say ‘foreign’ lol
Haaland scored a hattrick in
Fa cup- burnley
Ucl- leipzig
Epl- wolves and other hattricks
Ur right
I thought this too
Kirbz didn’t have to feel the pain because it was Jimmy Kebe that scored the fastest goal in FA Cup History it was after 9 secs against WBA for Reading, Gündogan’s was the fastest goal in the FINAL in FA Cup History
"Name the first non British player to win the Premier League Golden boot"
That should have been how the question was worded. I was completely lost on that first one
"Foreign" was probably a better way to word that first question
My brain on the first question🤦♂️🤣💀
All oakel had to ask was “who was the first non-British player to win the golden boot in the premier league” and it would have saved so much confusion 🤣
andy wouldve won 8-3 clear if the haaland hattrick question counted 😂
When it’s a question like closest number for the attendance. They should write it down and reveal it so the other persons answer can’t be affected
Sorry Oaks but the wording of that first question was absolutely abysmal, didn't even mention which league/competition? Should have been 'Who were the first two foreign players to win the Premier League Golden Boot?'
Lesson learned haha
I'd also say as a way to improve the quiz, questions regarding prices players were signed/bought for are hard because of the fact stated in this episode that we never truly know the correct amount. Doing a great job on the questions Oakley☺️
Glad you like them mate!
@@Oakelfish doing a great job of ignoring the comments that haaland was correct as well m8
Get Andy a new opponent I reckon. That first one was definitely worded poorly unfortunately. I may have said it something like "The first time the Premier League golden boot was won by an overseas player it was actually shared by two foreign players. Can you name either of these two players?"
The disespect shown to Sir Bobby's Champions League NUFC here is horrendous.
It starting to become one of my favourite series really gets me thinking. But I've forgotten the episode between Andy and James what happened
Good questions overall.
Fun quiz!
Do more of these
Good video Oakley Andy all ways cracks me up lol keep up with the good work 👍
Glad you enjoyed it mate!
My gosh Oakley hahaha
Please research the quiz before doing it 😂 Love the series, maybe it's funnier that you don't know the context around the answers actually haha
Not watched it all yet, that first question is an absolute shambles 😂
Oakley you really scuffed the first question up madly i agree with Andy fella
3 players to go for over 100 mil - Griezmann, Dembele, Coutinho
Andy smashing it like the Jon Richardson of football anagrams
Oakley I’ve done quite a few quizzes during Lockdown so have loads of Questions, All a mixed bag. I don’t mind passing some on?
Haaland scored a hat trick vs Burnley (fa cup) wolves (in the pl) and RB Leipzig (UCL)
Can the score go up after the question not before, not sure if it’s an editing problem or just timing problem. Also that first question made sense but needed more context.
That first question is worded so bad. No league mentioned, international doesn't exclusively mean non-English/British.

Shocker of an episode icl that first question made me so confused
West ham havent won silverware since 1980, why were the commenators saying 56 years since they won a trophy then when they won the conference league or was it European comps???
I love this series
In appreciate it mate!
A bit more questions out of English football would be good. The world is not only Premier League and FA Cup :)
another top episode. keep it up mate
Thanks mate! 👊🏽
oakley that first question was very easy to understand i got it straight away and i got one of the 2 right ye it’s a kirbz and andy issue i don’t know why they can’t understand
Oakley the way the first question was worded was absolutely awful😂
The first question was worded so strangely 😂
The first question was worded horribly like 😂
Lesson learned 😅
As for the Leicester penalty question. It wasn't a penalty shootout like you said... Was just a penalty.
It’s not that deep Dave. They knew what I was talking about
@@Oakelfish I know just messing. Not that deep indeed.
Pulling your leg because of the first question and the resulting bants about the quizmaster.
Andy trying to figure out that first question hurt my brain😅
I’m sat here playing my first champs on about 2 months and I heard the women’s euros question and out of no where I think in my head 87,500 and was super close, I also didn’t even watch the final and aren’t from england😂
Big massive Eric to knock Andy off his perch
The first question really isn't hard to understand once he said premier leauge
It definitely is 😂 couldve meant English international
Ya need a new website because those prices where very inflated on some. Especially Mudryk who was 66M GBP
International really should be foreign 😭
1980 west ham lol 😆 thought Wimbledon but they were in first division
I think you shouldve said "non-english" instead of "international" in the first question
Yeah I did realise it would be interpreted in the way the boys took it
Love the trio!!! 😂
Love to see it!
Nunez was £64 million
Who’s Kevin Hovland Oakley?😂😂
Using 'international' to describe a foreign player is just so confusing.
International player as in someone who plays for their country? In what competition even?
Kirbz Antony might have costed 75 million POUNDS but he got signed for 100 million EUROS
I said leicester for last non top flight team to win Fa cup as they not now lol but I get that they was at the time of winning it lol
Sad that it's only premier league questions
absolute shambles
Haaland was correct Oakley!!!
Antony was 75 million and Darwin Nunez was 65 million no idea how they can count as 100 million 😂 Nunez with add ons is 85 million so still not 100 😂
Zwe would kill it in this game
Pretty sure Gundogan was the fastest fa cup *final* goal not fa cup goal
Oakley u need to start fact checking guesses
No dnt get James on...have Andy againts someone like angry ging? Jack54? Capguntom?
Jack and Andy have already faced each other! :!
quite sure Haaland does qualify for the hattrick one
This is a great series but not too keen on the anagrams round personally, doesn't real require much skill. You either have that sort of brain or you don't, not sure if others agree?
Fully agree
A. The 1st question made enough sense, definitely didn't deserve Andy's protestations
B. Personally, the questions being this hard makes it less fun to watch and play along
They weren’t that hard tbh
Anything relating to a nearest to… Both players should write their answers down.
Hat trick one was also correct with Haaland.
You ruined it by counting the points before they’d even answered
Antony wasnt close to 100m, he was at most 90m
I know I'm late to this video but the way oaks worded the first question was horrendous. He said international player as if English players aren't international. Rice and kane played for the international team so therefore they are internationals. He should have described them as foreign players
I got Lucas digne and Ivan toney within 3 seconds
Didn't get the Marcus rashford though
Less questions about prem only please, other leagues exist aswell mate xD
The last episodes have been so good, but this one was horror. goated series
I appreciate it Justin!
Oakeley is not a good quiz master
Sorry Oakley but the first question was worded awfully.
It technically is wigan because they were already relegated when they won it
They were still a Premier League club though, you don't change league until the season is over. Relegation being confirmed just means that you will be in the lower division the following season, not that you are already in that division 😉
God Andy is annoying sometimes
Great concept, but half your questions aren’t right or you have the wrong answer. How hard is it to look on Wikipedia and get your facts straight.
Dunno how Andy's so confused by the first question
A fair few seem to be lost by it haha
Not that difficult to hold your hand up and accept the mistake Oaks when both your guests said they didn't quite understand the question. I felt you were too defensive and stubborn. Not a great look. It was actually a good question but the wording was 100% confusing.
Pogba was 105mil in euros. Which at the time was 89.3mil pounds
Half them players was not 100mil get your facts right ffs before doing a series
