I’d say the volume of the ending is definitely better than the finals, but the style and timing at the finals is better than this, because it was spot on at the finals.
@@mel-px7hl it's facts tho, people don't even really know feliniesque mostly just cus it's the highest score ever. Everyone remembers tilt, bd always places 2nd or first but they aren't memorable. I bet u most people don't even know what their show was everyyear but metamorph in the last 5 years. Another prime example is 2015 people pretty much only know inferno but they lost to ink shit I didn't even fucking know what it was for a while.

Wish HBCU would respect the organization because alot of them criticize the style. DCI is the only style that has brought me to tears. I respect both styles because they are both amazing.
@@burdrchitect1680 I am an alumnus of BCC (now BCU) I marched with Crown 2004 - 2005). If my memory serves me correctly, Cookman has had roughly (at the time I was there) 10 to 15 students to march DCI.
My only complaint now is I think the trumpet solos at the end are a little too excessive, otherwise I love the new changes and I like the direction this show is going
Unpopular opinion: this show is overrated. Im not saying it's bad, I actually like it quite a bit, but I've heard alot of people who are salty bloo didn't win this year and they're praising this as like the best show they've ever seen. Idk it just doesn't hit me in the right spot to make me say this show is one of my favorites. If we're going purely on solos though, BC did better than BD not gonna lie the soloists were incredible

show was too busy. it's supposed to be that way but at some parts there really is no form of connection. not gonna lie, this show is only rated as high as it is because of it's association with the beatles. i can agree with blue devil soloists being way better. that euphonium solo makes my ears cry happy tears. this show is awesome. they got 2nd. they deserved 2nd. cry.
Go back to the old ending. It was elegant and quiet and flowed perfectly into the corps bowing to the crowd.. I love Hey Jude but this seems tacked on and rushed.
TOTALLY agree! Old ending was such an emotional one with the final chord and the bow! Miss that ending so much... it wrapped up this well designed show so much. The ending now is just so unfinished.
