भारत के प्राइवेट मेडिकल कॉलेज में लगभग एक करोड़ में एक डॉक्टर बनता है जबकि विश्व स्तर की उत्तम मेडिकल पढ़ाई रूस के सरकारी कॉलेज में सिर्फ बीस पच्चीस लाख में कोई भारतीय छात्र पढ़ के आ सकता है परंतु सरकार और NMC प्राइवेट कॉलेजों को लाभ पहुंचाने के चक्कर मे वहां से आए विधार्थियों की रजिस्ट्रेशन में अड़ंगा लगाती है
इन सब मुद्दों पर ही पत्रकारिता होनी चाहिए। इस तरह की पत्रकारिता अजय कुमार पहली बार किये है। वरना इनका वही जात पात हिन्दू मुस्लिम ही रहता है

My sister's friend's father in law's elder brother runs a private medical college. I think this video does injustice by blaming medical institutions for charging lakhs from students. Private medical colleges have to pay 250+ crores to just get license for opening a new college (then extra investment for machines and physical infrastructure). They also have to maintain a teacher student ratio of 1:12 from their first batch. Only politically well connected people can get cheap land from state government to open non profit medical colleges. This land is generally away from the city and then the private college also has to run a super speciality hospital for 2 years initially to just be eligible for applying to get a medical college license. If this hospital does not get patients, colleges bring nearby paid villagers during inspections. The complete licensing process for a college takes at least 3 years during which it's students are not sure if their college would continue or not. I am not even considering states like East UP & Bihar where red tape is next level. MCI does not permit more than 50 students in one MBBS class which is one of the highest in the world. Many Indian entrepreneurs are fed up of this red tape so they are opening new medical colleges in foreign countries and then recruit local agents to get admissions from india. Foreign medical graduates would agree with me who would know how difficult it is to clear FMG licensing exam in India because MCI does not recognize foreign medical degrees and internships many times. The root cause of the problem is license raj in MCI which needs to be done away with. Medical education should only be focused on NEXT exit exam. It is better that students spend years preparing for exit exam rather than preparing for NEET and studying PCM which does not help very much during their MBBS.
आज से बारह साल पहले पीएमटी सीपीएमटी बीटैक की पढा़ई सस्ती थी बारहवी पास करने के बच्चे अपनी रुचि के अनुसार कोर्स ज्वाइन करते थे बाकी अध्यापक व अन्य सरकारी सेवाओं मे जाते थे जब से निजीकरण ठेकेदारी सिस्टम लागू हुआ सब कुछ अस्त व्यस्त हो गया पता नहीं कब तक ठीक होगा नये नेताओं का ध्यान इस ओर गया है उम्मीद पर दुनिया कायम है

यह धांधली CLAT (law) के परीक्षा में है। पहले 80 नंबर लाने वाले 750 से 1000 रैंक के आस पास होते थे। इस बार 5000 के आस पास है।

मेरे घर के पास एक नोवेल अस्थमा , श्वास रोग एवं छाती रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ हैं जिनकी फीस आठ सौ रुपए एक मरीज प्रति वार है मतलब पांच दिन से लेकर 15 दिन तक की दवाई लिखते हैं और अपने कम्प्यूटर में सभी मरीजों का बायोडाटा तैयार करते हैं लगभग उनके पास एक दिन में दस से पंद्रह मरीज़ रोज आते हैं यह समय इनका पार्ट टाइम है फुल टाइम किसी मैक्स अस्पताल में कार्यरत हैं
शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य यूनाइटेड किंगडम जैसे देशों में भी सरकारी नियंत्रण में है तो ऐसा क्या विकास और अच्छे दिन विश्वगुरु में हैं कि शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य प्राइवेट हाथों में दिए जा रहे हैं

Despite too less number of doctors in a country with so huge population why seats are not increased in Government medical colleges, why more government medical colleges are not being opened and why the qualifying marks are kept so low? I am a single parent all my three children are doctors who studied in government medical colleges in Karnataka the annual fees 10,000 and 8,000 which were covered by the scholarship the government provided we had a well structured CET which was dismantled many children became doctors and engineers they were from poor families now the fees charged are beyond the reach of the common man we are in debt to the congress government one man in particular Veerappa Moilly the then CM of Karnataka

India needs free quality education and health. These sectors need subsidy. Also skill development is more important than tech degrees. We need to develop many diploma courses which are focused towards skill development for the needs of various industries. Those who want to go the path of degrees can depend on other jobs but the needs of India are the industries and related skill development.
Health needs more funding as part from the GDP. Not the meagre 2-3% it currently has. Next pandemic is just across the line, politicians should understand.

Only govt. has the authority to take steps for regulating the fees of medical institutions.Rightly said by the news coverage that only few percent of people can afford such high fees.
This cost of becoming a doctor is big bull shit. Who calculated this cost. Bas sab bolte as rahe hain. Even at best colleges teachers don't teach. Students rely on various apps to study. Hospitals to which these colleges are attached are anyways going to run. So why include that cost and make medical studies a scapegoat.
