Thank you!!! I just fixed our wristband cartridge at work, it was my last one! Now I know not to pull the band and just trim LOL, that's how I messed it up in the first place.
So I did this and it worked but I pulled the band out a little and then the printer now says the cartridge is empty (blinking orange) can you help? Can it still be recovered?

Thank you, sir. Just had a user with a label that broke completely off near the start of a roll. This saved us some money for sure.

Hi - possible to get the Chip from you? We can now change the Wristband Roll inside the cartridge but I believe we need the chip too. Please help.
Did you ever get through with finding this? I managed to change the rolls inside too but I believe the chip is needed to sync up
