Sorry I didn't get it, please share details. i.e. complete steps like which page/form and what type of record is missing. You can refer the file shared as well, which is more comprehensive with more functionalities added, during subsequent videos.

Probably the table you are inserting data in, using append query or Form, is open, so it be closed
12:20 what did you do?
Our cursor should be in sub form, earlier it was in footer so at 12:20 was unable to add respective field, so have it in sub form and then click on add existing fields (this was explained in video itself)

The File is available in description to refer and yes we can print bill for every customer, for that once bill is ready in form, click on the OrdersReport, a report based on the Order currently loaded in form, there you have the print button as well.
