Rengma Ngada Festival on 28th November 2021 At Tesophenyu Village.

Ngada Festival is one of the biggest festival of Rengma Tribe Naga. It is celebrating every year end of November, right after the post harvesting of bountiful crops collected year long hard worked from the agricultural fields. It is the festivals times of thanks giving, rejoicing, friendship and renew relationship. The words NGADA means Festival of Grand Feast celebrations. During this times the dead persons souls visit their home, we wore traditional attire to perform folks songs, folks dance to welcome them celebrates, the newly harvested crops are served with meats and rice beers at this Ngada celebrations.
