Vodka gives me a dirty drunk. Whiskey gives me a calm relaxing vibe.
What a crappy answer, and then at the end they try to sell you something.
I agree with the message here. It’s about having fun and who you are with. I occasionally have a beer with the boys and that’s fun to me.
At the same proof levels, there should be no calorie difference between the hard alcohols (vodka, tequila, gin, whiskey, rum). Some of the flavored versions and all of the liqueurs will be higher calorie per proof due to other additives.
Straight Whiskey for me. A 2 ounce glass is 150 calories and gives you a buzz that's similar to drinking two beers with way less calories. There are lots of flavor profile to choose from and it makes you feel like sophisticated a man.
I would go with seltzers!
Thanks
Good talk!
Balance Thank You
Bourbon is my poison of choice
"If you’re looking for the one that’s the healthiest, you’re probably doing it often"
he catches us trying to be slick about it
MEZCAL is the best! Is made from 100% distilled agave, making it all-natural and additive-free, and it has zero carbs. No hangover if you don't mix nor abuse (:
Gin, diet tonic and lemon juice.
"If you're looking for the healthiest alcohol you're probably drinking to much" 😂😂
I'm like ooops lol
Whiskey on the rock. Let the ice melt alittle and keep adding ice as you drink. Nice and slow. You could enjoy a few hours with one drink and have a good buzz and night!
I'll have some fireball once in a while and before my TRT shots.
Buddy in the t shirt won’t let him finish his point lol
8oz water or soda water
50mL vodka
Splash of Rose’s sweetened lime juice
By the way, 12oz of tonic water has about 114 calories.
Tito’s and Zevia👍
Big correction needed here. Vodka Tonic is a terrible choice. Tonic water is loaded with calories and sugar. About as much as regular Coke. Just didn't want someone to watch this and start drinking Vodka and Tonic and wonder why they can't lose weight (Vodka and Seltzer/club soda is a safe bet)
Yeah it’s a “safe bet” if you consider blacking out safe 😂😂 when I started drinking again after a 6-12 month break vodka/ club soda was my go-to and yeeesh did it make me black out. Tastes like straight water lol
@@Vegeta009 I think people knew what I meant. A "safe bet" as far as lower calories
Does white tequila have low calories?
Vodka or whiskey mixed with sparkling water.
I am trying to be somewhat of a healthy alcoholic, if thats possible 🤣
What alcohol makes you feel less shitty??
Lol agree, if you're looking for the healthiest you probably drink too much.
And the health benefits are a bit like coke has water in it which is healthy right
Grey goose vodka and cranberry
Tequila because of the no carbs, and seltzers.
tequila eaaaaasy
However alcohols contain different levels of detriments. Say drinking GMO alcohol, alcohols with artificial additives and such of that nature.
Tequila, neat.
Kava
Tequila and whiskey are the healthiest....
Shrooms
I'm with Arnold on this one baby's drink milk an MEN DRINK BEER!!!!!!!!!💪
Coffee
Tequila
I think it helps the arteries. Those drinkers just dont have the heart issues as much as non drinkers
No mention of reducing cholesterol? A small amount of alcohol even daily can be very healthy. Many of the woods oldest people have a small drink everyday.
Single malt scotch has the most antioxidants and ellagic acid. Even more than wine and has just slightly more calories than vodka
I’ve asked 3 doctors and 2 of them being in heart practices. All three have come back with the same answer. Single malt/ non blended whiskeys and their brothers like scotch whiskey and bourbon etc. also I think it’s far more healthy to enjoy a 10-20 year old single malt scotch with just a splash of water and that’s it. No mixers or sugar added. I think unless you are super into the rare liquor world it’s hard to admit that some are better than others. But yes antioxidants are very prevalent in scotch that’s not blended.
@@limitedcask7560 I would think single malt blends are still higher in antioxidants than a bourbon or rye. Single malts are the only whisky where the grain is germinated before distillation. I'm not sure how blending single malts would effect the antioxidant content
@@stpierreorama I was more referring to blended flavored whiskeys but I agree
@@limitedcask7560 what are some single malts you like best?
So far Ancnoc 12 is my favorite. At $55 it's a great value. Such good flavor
Lol Tonic water
So the question should be "What alcohol does the least damage to your health?"
What about Red wine 🍷
Tequila, clear only. 1 big bottle of real orange juice and water. You're welcome
1.5 grams Phenibut + 2 grams Kratom = healthier for a night out
@@masondykstra9464 yeah alcohol affects gains bro and makes u hungover and sluggish around girls. as long as you know how to measure the phenibut, ur gonna be feeling phenibeautiful.
@@timinator1517 trust me I’ve wanted to try it. How crazy is it could it make someone who has a lot of social anxiety become an extrovert?
Just take NAC before drinking, and then drink whatever you want. It will protect you.
I wouldn't advise having liquid sugar w/ alcohol, so wouldn't say drink what ever you want. But I shit you not, NAC cuts like half of the hangover out.
@@paulbresnan5799 true. I wasn’t thinking about sugary drinks when I said that.
@@VeinyDickTracy Its kinda like asking what's a good brand of Vit C. Maybe a cheap brand can find a way to F it up but its just a vitamin. I get mine from Whole Foods.
Tequila and pineapple juice
Vodka Sodaaaa
Not true. Alcohol in moderation reduces risk of heart disease. Get an education. Better yet: Get a life, Einstein.
Alcohol helps prevent cancer.
You never see an alcoholic with cancer.
Alcohol is very beneficial and good.
I have family members who lived near 100 years having alcohol part of their daily diet.
Alcohol I very healthy. Anything in excessive is bad.
Such a liar.
“If you’re looking for the one that’s the healthiest, you’re probably doing it too often.”
This is the smartest thing Justin has ever said.
I disagree, I drink maybe once a month at most, and even then I go for seltzers or mix hard liquor with diet soda to reduce calories
I'd have to agree with the cast on this. I know I drink too much and thinking of overall intake over a year could be dramatically different if I just did vodka with a shot of mio. But instead here I am drinking whatever I have left on the shelf😂
I get it but no .. I barely drink maybe once a month just for reasons of a healthy lifestyle but when I do one to indulge why can’t I make it the healthiest decision??
