This season is so realistic. It shows people sometime sabotage there own happiness coz they are scared of it.But he had chance to go back coz someone loved him more than his own self. Not many people have that or get chance to go back. Its beautiful. Like a poem.
The way Ji Woo cried like a baby after saying "You said you'll come to me when I'm having a hard time" while holding into him, is just too adorable for my weak heart. He really wanted to be pampered by him, and Seo Joon showered him with all the love he has afterwards.
This doggone season just about broke me. It was so hard to see them go through so much pain that I almost quit watching, but this here…their confessions, finally communicating…and my eyes are leaking. So worth it.
"In this world, there is no perfect man nor a perfect form of love. It's just a matter of understanding and adapting to each other through love. It's about learning to speak one's mind rather than put one's pride ahead. That's the kind of love i learned from YOU. " - Jiwoo to Seojoon
That's the reason of everything. "Misunderstanding", JW is lucky because SJ's always willing to listen and forgive him. He just needs to ready and speak up his mind
Jiwoo is my favourite character. I know lots of people resent him. But I empathize with him. I know his struggles and yes it's not Seojoons fault. But not everyone is lucky to be emotionally well stable and trauma free. Some people struggle with issues deep within themselves that they can't overcome easily without learning the hard way. Sometimes you are just hopeless in front of your own demons and it's not easy to stop hurting and sabotaging yourself. I just wanna keep Jiwoo in my pocket and protect him from all harm, even if it's himself. I am grateful to Seojoon that he loved enough to be kind and selfless, to give him a second chance. What Seojoon went through was painful but Jiwoo had a harder time. He was the most vulnerable and broken out of the two. I know not everyone will see that, but for people who do and holds enough love to give still. I really love you. I hope you keep that compassion and spread into your real life. 💚
More people need to watch To My Star! When I think back on both seasons of TMS it feels as if watching this show was the best thing that happened to me in a long time. Whenever I think about Han Jiwoo and Kang Seojun's story my stress and sadness completely disappear and I feel so comfortably happy, and for a show to have that effect on me without fail all this time is beyond impressively amazing! ...so please share the story of To My Star with all your friends if you can! I believe that TMS deserves everyone's love ^^
At one point I said I was done with this series but then I realized that If I had turned back, I'll be running away from myself. The fear of seeing a character (Ji Woo) that I relate too so much was just too scary and heartbreaking. This series hit very close to home, and what makes it unique was that it wasn't another high school spin off but reality. Hats off to the actors and their entire crew🎩👏🙌 very well done 💯❤️
I cry every time I see this. The acries are so wonderful. It was so hard to see them go through the pain, but finally the communication level of the first season was finally equaled in season two by this conversation on the stairs.
@@nananana-lz4mq The good thing is that Ji Woo was able to over come his introverted character and go after Seo Joon when he saw really there was no other way for them to get back together again. Whenever was getting crucial he managed to take action. 😉 🤗 😍 The kiss and one night stand from Episode 4 & 5... and now the key moments in Episode 10. 😇 Cheers...!
No it’s just that they’re two different characters. One is loud and open about his feelings the other one is more reserved and silent about his feelings. He can’t express it well. For him taking these 3-4 steps is like crossing a river. That’s why he said that he is begging him and SJ knows him very well so he forgives him cause he know he loves him. Plus watch season 1 last episode again there SJ said when it’s hard for you then I will come to you.
All anger within Jiwoo ignorance was disappeared since he cried out like kid and said the truth about how he felt and said sorry to Seojoon. Who cares about the reason of breakup.
And his chubby puffy face is just too cute to hate. He’s just SOOO cute. When Seo Joon said he wanted to bite his cheeks I felt it. You really just want to squeeze them.
I still can't forgive the way Jiwoo left Seo Joon (totally emotionless and cruel) and then in the last episode he threats him (yes for me it's a threat) saying "if you keep pushing me away I can't follow you like you did", like bro can u grow up and show him the love he deserves? I don't like the fact that he wants everything immediately without even fighting, like Seo Joon did. But, however, I have to admit that I can't have enough of these two, their chemistry is unbelievable❤
It’s not like that. It’s his character. For him taking these 3-4 steps is like SJ going to his hometown and making all this effort. He is a reserved character. The bare minimum what he does is for me equal all the effort an outgoing person does. For example it’s hard for some people to say sorry or I love you but some uses these words like all day duty without much sincerity. They’re two different characters who understand their differences that’s why SJ knew how sincere JW move was. In the last episode of season 1 SJ said to JW „if it’s hard for you then I will come“.
What an exhausting journey this Season 2 has been....!! Emotions pure of all kinds and levels. Awesome..:!! In the Season's Finale was really up to Ji Woo convincing Seo Joon of getting back together again and re-starting together this time in an open relationship style as he proposed back in Episode 5: He remained living in the village and Seo Joon in Seoul... but they would spend time together in both places. This time Seo Joon could NOT reject the offer... as Ji Woo used the trump card he got from Seo Joon in Season 1 Episode 8: "You said that if it was too hard for me... YOU would come to ME." 🤗 😍 😘 😭 It was SEO JOON the one to keep his promise... but he couldn't before... so Ji Woo had to remind him about it.... and so we see SEO JOON being the one to walk the final steps into Ji Woo, and hug him... just like he did in S1EP8... to keep his promise. 😏 Getting back together was the key issue of this Season, and since Seo Joon gave up back in Episode 7 it was up to Ji Woo to reach out to him at last using the trump card he got from Seo Joon in Season 1 Episode 8. But he didn't just used that card, he combined it with all the experiences these last month gave him altogether. Settling with his ex-girlfriend and revisiting his younger past was very important for him to shake up his own plans. Letting go of the scandal of his past and clearing up his own name was also crucial as that could affect KANG Seo Joon in the future too. This year being separated was a huge time off to clear up many negative issues and to create a possibility for a new start... a new start that he was able to achieve at last because his love for Seo Joon was stronger than his resignation of living alone and tide to their memories for the rest of his life. Finding the will to take the initiative this time to go find Seo Joon was not easy for him... as we know how hard it was already in Season 1. Even the last 2 steps in the stairs were like an endless bridge for him to cross... so he used the the trump card for Seo Joon to keep his promise from Season 1. So... in the very end they are NOT boyfriends again... but in an open relationship way... 😉 The key dialogue on this is in Episode 10.... together in bed with the blue covers: JW - Are we going to be boyfriends again just to break up a year later? SJ - What do you mean...? JW - It is tiring to go back and forth from Seoul. YOU should stay THERE in Seoul. WE can MEET on Mondays and Tuesdays. (...) SJ - Alright... But if I miss you in between I will come to see you anyway. The fact they end up living in an open relationship just the way Ji Woo proposed before shows that offer from Ji Woo from Episode 5 was REAL, and not a joke or a test. It was the only way they could have a second chance of being together and following their own self realization path by living in separate places, but meeting from time to time to spend time together. Ji Woo can NOT go back to live in that cage he was living before together with Seo Joon... otherwise their relationship would be detinty to fail once again. He NEEDS this freedom to be himself as individual, and he needs some people around him not to feel as lonely as he felt before living with Seo Joon. A "Partners" relationship is about the style a relationship works, and not about a rigid status... like saying to be boyfriends, but having a hard time together. And so we end this Season 2... with our boys living separated, and yet together: Each one in his own world, and yet sharing both sides permanently... For a Season 3 I could picture then as an extended family... with HAN Ji Woo officially adopting HAN Yoo Ha for her to call him "daddy" without worrying about KANG Seo Joon getting angry at her... and she calling our DIVA "pappi" at some point too.... because that is what he is really turning into now as well.... playing with her and doing her hair. Seo Joon would be the "pappi" of this storyline... 😉 Cheers...!
They’re not in an open relationship. They just don’t live together all the time. An open relationship is sleeping with other people. That’s not the same.
If I were Seojoon, I will end up a year ago after my bf left with just a note. But the love SJ spend to JW win anything else. He has admited he losted his self estem when facing JW. Nether of them is in the wrong just different people pursuing and achiving the same at different ways and learning in different way what they did wrong what was correcto and what just dosen't work for them
