This is brilliant. Every once in a while, I discover an artist that amazes and inspires me. It just happened again. Beautiful.
I now listen to this on repeat, pretty much all day now since I first heard it a few weeks ago.
I'll just lay on my floor with my headphones on, close my eyes, and listen.
It's so beautiful, and I can't help but cry.
I feel the energy inside of it, and it's like I melt into it. I love the feeling, and I have been there, on repeat, for longer than anyone may believe. Just meditating inside of it, I guess.
Thank you for this beautiful piece of work and for allowing me the opportunity to experience it. 😢❤😊
Thank you so much 🙏🏻 I’m so glad you found it and it’s resonated with you so much ❤️
Sooo inspiring kraitz
Great Kaitlyn! Love it!
Wow love this.
I love this, all aspects of it. Such a beautiful piece that's full of textures, and wonderful video.
My oh my. Absolutely gorgeous. This really captures the deliciousness of the cello. Such solid cello work with brilliant voicings. Really pioneering composition. Bravo!
Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
@@KaitlynRaitz May I ask how you are miking the cello for this recording? Really stellar acoustic recording.
Thanks! I use Peluso Microphone Labs microphones. One P-414 mic just over the A string f-hole. @@stephencifka4629
@@KaitlynRaitz Thanks! Really stellar sound quality/mixing. I'm really loving your composition and keep coming back to it. Your cello work is so amazingly solid. It's like listening to exquisite folk/Bach.
Which polar pattern setting do you recommend on the P-414? (cardioid, omni-directional etc.)@@KaitlynRaitz
Really great stuff---loved the folksy riff too!
Thank you kindly!
Beautiful. Did you write this?
Thank you. I did!
