These judges have never been hungry. I great gift I have is 27 years in the Infantry (US, Mountain or Airborne with one hated tour in mech). One ration a day, water was incredible and a cycle of 30 minutes sleep one day, then maybe 2 hours and on day 3, they pretty much had to give us 4 hours to function. Peacetime was harder than war. The more you sweat in peace, the less you bleed in war. Any food with more than one color is luxury to me. As is a shower, bed and simple things. Not trying to shit on anyone and what blessings and gratitude I bought out of tough times. I hope you all can think about that before your next meal or sleeping a whole night in a bed. 70% of the world does not have this
Those judges are so full of it. One’s heart singing is up to the individual, very subjective. Nathan’s dish may make many a heart sing, just not these very snobbish and critical judges.
Yes it's lovely it's a great way to use left over veg from a Sunday roast dinner potatoes cabbage and any left over veggies mashed up crisped up and can be eaten with cold cuts of meat and some pickles ( beetroot piccalilli pickled cabbage or onions I like it with hp or daddies brown sauce it's also nice with chrispry fried bacon. Highly recommend 😊
I very much enjoy every show except the episodes with the judges. With the exception of Pru they come across as snobbish and entitled. All ego ego ego.

What is bubble and squeak?
Its just fried up cooked veges, usually potatoes and carrots, though others can be added.

The male judges are up their own arses, talk about out of touch and Oliver is a miserable sod.
Oliver is a helmet he likes absolutely nothing
