    INGREDIENTS:
    1st Kulfi:
    * Water(पानी) - Some
    * Full Cream Milk(दूध) - 1 Litre
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
    * Saffron(केसर) - Some
    * Fresh Cream(फ्रेश क्रीम) - 200ML
    * Mixed Dry Fruits(मिक्स ड्राई फ्रूट्स)
    * Pistachio(पिस्ता) - Some
    2nd Kulfi :
    * Water(पानी) - Some
    * Milk(दूध) - 1 Litre
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 4 Tbsp
    * Parle Toffee/Chocolate(पारले टॉफ़ी/चॉकलेट) - 20 Pieces
    * Full Cream Milk(दूध) - 1/4 Cup
    3rd Kulfi :
    * Water(पानी) - Some
    * Full Cream Milk(दूध) - 1.5 Litre
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 4-5 Tbsp
    * Mixed Dry Fruits(मिक्स ड्राई फ्रूट्स)
    RECIPES:
    1st Kulfi :
    Keep a pan on the flame, put some water & then put some Raw Milk in it. Boil it till it turns half and becomes thick. Then put some Sugar & Saffron in it and boil it for 5-7 mins more. Then take Sugar in the pan & cook it on a slow flame until its turns into a caramelize form. Then add all boiled milk into it & mix it well.Turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down. Now take a Fresh Cream into a bowl & mix it well and add Chilled milk into it. Then put the thick mixture in a Small cups & put some chopped Dry Fruits on it & keep it in the freezer for overnight or for 7-8 hours.In this easy way, only with using some ingredients, tasty Kulfi will get ready so easily at home.
    2nd Kulfi :
    For Kulfi, Keep a heavy & wide pan or Kadai on the flame & put some Water & Full Cream Milk to it. Stir it continuously & boil it till becomes half of its initial quantity. Then take Sugar in the pan & cook it on a slow flame. Turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down.
    For Caramel, keep a pan on the flame, put some Parle Toffee & Milk gradually in it & cook it on low to medium flame. As the Toffee gets melted, then put the melted chocolate into the Milk & mix it well by scrapping it. Then keep it to cool & grind the mixture in the jar & make a fine mixture. Mix well & the kulfi mixture is ready to set. Pour the Kulfi mixture into Kulfi molds (if you do not have molds, you can pour until Matka or Glass cups. Cover & freeze overnight or until sets completely. Then cut it, serve it. In this way, tasty Malai Kulfi will get ready so easily at home.
    3rd Kulfi :
    Keep a pan on the flame, put some water, & then put some Raw Milk in it. Boil it till it turns half and becomes thick. Then put some Sugar in it & boil it bor 5-7 mins more. Then turn off the flame and keep it for cooling down. Then put the thick mixture in a Steel Box then put some chopped Dry Fruits on it then cover it & keep it in the freezer for overnight or for 7-8 hours. You can also set the Kulfi in small Glasses or in Kulfi Moulds. Then cover them with Silver foil & keep them in the freezer.
