Why are not all these games on vr?

1.) VR is still a very niche corner of the industry and not a lot of developers--regardless of who they are--are willing to develop something for because the return revenue would be way too low compared to non VR games which have a much bigger and wider appeal comparatively.
2.) I don't mean to sound condescending but have you ever stopped to think that maybe a lot of developers just simply aren't interested in VR development at all?
