Yup... Some parts weren't (keep in mind he's not doing his set, he's improving off suggestions, try it, it's hard af), but he had is funny moments. Not too bad for an improv seg
I’ve known about him for like a decade and a half and this is the first I’ve heard his comedy (knew he did it but never seen a vid) and yeah, he’s funny as shit. I knew he was witty on the radio but he’s really fucking good.
Gulianni didnt clean the shit up he let cops stop respecting the 4th amendment and threw people in jail for long periods of time for minor crimes. Dude was the worst and only got worse
Gullianni wasnt that good but he did do one respectable thing that the current mayor of NYC cant and would never do. Gullianni went against his own people and took down the italian mafia in NYC, in Howard beach, Queens it was still segrated as fck. Wouldnt let black or latinos in. Gullianni changed all that. This is why Gullianni has respect, he def wasnt great but he was massively effective. Ufortuntely woke minority leaders, mayors, governors would never ever ever ever ever ever go against urban streetgangs, crime syndicates, cartels, etc..
