I went to the Yeonggwang Baeksoo Coastal Road. Let's walk together.
It is a 16.8km coastal road from Gilyong-ri, Baeksu-eup, Yeonggwang-gun to Seokgumi Village in Baekam-ri, and is a representative driving course on the west coast where strange rocks, vast mudflats, and burning sunset meet to create an ecstatic landscape.
In particular, the 3.5km coastal sunset road, which is built as a wooden deck promenade under the coastal road, offers beautiful scenery along with walking near the sea. It won the Ministry of Construction and Transport's 100 Beautiful Roads in 2006 and the 1st Korea Natural Landscape Award in 2011.
It is equipped with the only sunset exhibition hall in Korea, various pensions and restaurants.
