    I can remember doing this as a child but they didn't have printers and computers back then..lol good old fashion drawing and coloring... I love doing this, I make badge reels for my daughter and her co-workers at the hospital even made some for the doctors... it's so much fun...!! I actually cut mine with the stencil setting and a little more pressure and it cut amazing..!!

    ty for the tip on if you want it to be 2" ur going to need to be 6" better way to look at it instead in percentage. Sarah it Ur Sheets Matte? i sanded mine one side so my coloring pencils wood grabs better mat work for Ur printer, i wonder if it would print on those Meag tank Printers, i know thee best are those toner cartridges printers, but not going to buy another printer juz to print got shrinky dinks. I just use coloring pencils or Posca Paint markers ty for ur video, saw another video to put a sealer first so ur colors wort bleeds out sealers like Podge Modge i use Aleenas Acrylic Sealer Matte Finish, but also come in Glossy, very good for sealing.

    Don't know if anyone is currently checking in on these comments... but my question is: we have difficulty judging colors. We know that a color intensifies in the oven, but can't find a "color chart" that gives us a sense of the before and after. Any suggestions ?

    Hi! 🙋‍♀️ Thanks for the video!! I was curious what kind of filter for the respirator you used?? I know there are numbers on the filter to identify them, but am unsure which numbers are good to keep out resin/epoxy out.
    Thank you! 🙏🏻

    Hi!! Thanks for an informative video! I want to make just one set of earrings using this method, so I don't want to invest in resin/the respirator etc. Do you think I could use UV gel nail polish and the nail lamp to finish it? I got the idea when you mentioned a nail light ;)

    • @nerdyicy6614
      @nerdyicy6614 2 роки тому +3

      A lot of people actually use UV topcoats to finish their products because it doesn't dry tacky. It works just fine if you don't want to buy resin

    It takes forever to dry like some hours. I have tried modpog but it doesnt work for me. I do UV but you have to be careful using the uv resin because if you didnt prep the layer first the resin will pop off. I use embossing power as well. I enjoyed your video!

    • @SarahTypes
      @SarahTypes  3 роки тому +1

      It sounds like you are using too much resin, if you use just enough it will dome within the edge and not bleed over so just add a little and gently move it to the sides :)
