‼️‼️DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR. It matted within a week. I’ve tried multiple times to deep condition it and it only made it worst. I’ve bought multiple curly wigs and wigs from them but never had this problems. I contacted customer service and they assured me they would send me another install even though I insisted for a refund but it seemed like they didn’t want to. I’ve followed up with them twice now and haven’t heard back in 2 weeks. I’m So mad. Almost 300 down the drain. Will not order from this company again which is sad becuase I use to love them.

@@genevieveadjeisr5037 SO-it’s a lot thinner than I hoped for-gotta be VERY careful of how you brush it and style it so the tracks don’t show 🙄🙄. So that is annoying. And the tangling is trash, but all curly wigs do that. But it gets the job done. My gripes are very nitpicky I think, since everyone else compliments the hair when I wear it 🤣
