Hi Ramya, For past 2 months i started jogging. Slow doing Body wait strengthening like pushup and double bar. Since i have rotational shift i use to workout after my night shift complete i start workout @ early morning 5:30 Co runners advising you strain your body dont work out after night shift. Is it a Myth or really am straining...? Any health tip for night shift persons.?
