Renner describes exactly how she feels about Climb in season 2 to her brother and to Raeven. He is the only person she truly cares about, and she sees him as a pet, a puppy dog that bows to her every whim. She cared nothing for the kingdom or its people. She had used her genius to come up with a multitude of plans to fight the corruption of the nobles abusing their power and eroding the power of the royal family, tried explaining what Jircnev was doing by declaring small scale war on them every year (at around the exact time the conscripts were needed in the villages for the harvest) and no one would ever listen. She got desensitized to it all and simply stopped caring. She lost all empathy until she met Climb. By chance she found a young orphan in an alley and he looked up at her in awe and wonder, like a savior and practically started worshiping her. That devotion and awe aimed towards her is the one and only thing that initially drew her to him and in the end he became the only thing she cared about, in her own twisted way. She is grateful to her family and the kingdom for all the opportunities it gave her, very much like how people can be grateful for the cow who died for the beef in the sandwich we eat. Its life was of no consequence but to satisfy our needs in the moment. That is Renner's mindset.
Renner's original plan was to help Zanac obtain the throne, and clean up the kingdom, while she got into a political marriage with Marquis Raeven's toddler son, so she could live with Climb in a quiet place Then Ainz arrived and she saw a better path forward, with Climb becoming more subservient and Renner owning him for eternity

Cocytus is great in showing that level of respect. Respecting Ainzs order to not fall back at all while also respecting Brains last stand to defend the kingdom and not trample over him leaving a small portion of the kingdom unfrozen on his march.
Climb can't move because he's lost too many levels due to uses of low level revival magic on him. The season itself was great. The final destruction of the royal city, however, is anti-climatic. We have seen nothing but the result and that in many cases. The 5th season will have to correct this bitter aftertaste, when the viewer is left to his imagination as to what happened! The story is told in its entirety, otherwise it is only a summary of the story. And all of us who have ever read books know that it is the action scenes that fill the pages with attention to detail so that the reader can easily get lost in the story. Renner looked gorgeous in her new look, as if it had been sewn onto her soul since birth!
Yeah I thought it was dumb that there was no spells of attacks shown of them destroying the city. Kinda sucked and made it not exciting along with the fact that they try to build up fights but they are all so overpowered you know the outcome so there’s no real stakes

Ive heard that the anime tones down things quite a bit so I would probably recommend just reading from volume 1 to get the full experience.
Some Notes from this episode (correct me if im wrong): 1. Mare given the job to annihilate and destroy the kingdom and Climb didnt get killed by him because of agreement between Renner and Sorcerer Kingdom and he afraid that he can't klll everyone that he should kill 2. The agreement start from Demiurge meet Renner in Season 2 3. The reason Renner selling out her kingdom is simple, she just want to spend time with Climb forever (doing sex and make him like a toy/loyal dog) 4. Aura trying to take back the Goat artifact from season 2 5. When Climb running with Renner, Renner she doesn't tired at all running while holding a heavy sword. This scene we can conclude Renner starting to turn into demon (Demon Imp) 6. The red orb in Ainz stomach is World Class Item and in the previous episode when you look at Fake Ainz (Pandora's Actor) there's no red orb on his stomach, that's the reason why he cant get through PDL's barrier 7. In the throne room the one who kill the King is Renner 8. In the throne room Climb looking at Albedo and Demiurge smiling, the reason they smile because both of them think Climb is so foolish 9. I mean she did all of this just because she want to have sex with Climb The Movie will be about Holy Kingdom vs Jaldabaoth arc. This one truly scary especially New Sword that will appear in this movie And Light Novel almost end (i think the authour said it will end in volume 18) and this episode actually adaptation from volume 14, so after this for Season will be adapted from volume 15 and 16 (Half-Elf God Kin) and so on.

Climb could have never killed Ainz. Even the sword, while it can 'harm' Ainz who has immunity to attacks below level 60, there is no chance a single strike from a level 10 or so guy to kill a level 100 character. Sorry, no chance, it was all a play orchestrated by Renner for Climb to accept becoming a demon.
You're incorrect about Ainz' immunity here. Climb is wielding the sword Razor Edge and when Ainz appraised it before his duel against Gazef, he said that this sword does bypass his immunity. Now, as a level 100, Ainz does have a lot of HP. There's no way Climb could have killed him in one blow, but Ainz could potentially have been scratched in that fight.
I bet you that Renner requested for Climb to be resurrected with the cheapest lowest spell so he'd take forever to recover. She has said she wanted to care for a weak and bedridden Climb in S2 I believe.
Full version, I want the blu rays to remove the flashback and do a full sequence with the full version where those dark undertones get more disturbing as she slowly makes her way to the door as she dances all while singing and feeding climb the seed and see shadows of his body changing likely very painfully as she slowly undresses and takes him into her chest "comforting" him as she tempts him to take her virginity all as we feel that depression and sadness from climb on how much he's lost while only Renner is left to comfort him while Renner enjoys herself
Climb had MANY of the characteristics of a hero, including: Courage, Honesty, Humility, Conviction, Determination, and Loyalty to his kingdom and it's people. And in practically ANY other Issekai, a character like Climb what be the main character of the story. And in ANY other story the fight with Ainz would have ended in Ainz defeat, since the way MANY of these stories tend to go, the character who plays the role of the villain USUALLY loses. Even if there is a difference in power, with the typical cliches of " the power of friendship", and "love conquers all" are used. However Overlord ISN'T like most stories where these things happen. And I think Ainz pointing that out to Climb during their fight was fantastic, since not only was it in character for him based on everything else he's done. But it also was a great way of the author of the series to poke fun at other authors for adding these overused cliches. And in the end, Climb lost everything, with his friends being brutally murdered, and his homeland reduced to rubble. His ONLY solace now is that he has Renner, which is more sad when you think about his love for her is based on a lie. His dark fate fits perfectly with Overlord though lol. As much as I enjoyed this episode, I do have many problems with it. Like how this episode keeps up with the anime's tradition of cutting out content from the novels that are important, since it affects how the reader sees these characters. For instance, how Albedo indirectly threatens Renner that if she doesn't meet her expectations from now on the consequences would be dire not just for her, but for Climb as well. Reinforcing that their is a difference of status between the two, and that Albedo does NOT see her as an equal, just a useful pawn that she gets along with due to her intelligence, and evil nature.My next issue of cut content is some of the destruction of the kingdom that was caused by Mare, and I would have loved to see some of that slaughter that was in the book animated. Finally, I wish the scene between Albedo and Phillip was longer like it was in the book, since they were many more words exchanged between the two and it was quite funny, since Albedo LITERALLY drags him out of his safe place by his ear toward a different location to be tortured, with leaves the man so overwhelmed with fear he passes out, which suprises Albedo. The fact Phlllip got this reaction out of one of the most smartest and capable surbordinates in Nazarick was just soo funny to me, and I would have loved to have seen that animated. we also find out the fate of some of the supporters of Phillip, but alas all of this was cut out. Overall, I'd rate this season a 7/10, since the anime cuts out too much content from the books for my liking, which is a problem for me, since it can change the audiences perception of the characters, and the anime still animates like crap most of the time. But I'll give it praise for showing more of the evil actions Ainz and crew commit more consistently throughout the season, unlike the previous seasons where a lot of evil things Nazarick does was cut out for the anime. Finally, I like the liberty they took with Renner, since the song and dance she performed was actually an anime original scene and that was a pretty excellent addition as well.
You've got to respect Phillip. I don't think I've ever seen anyone dig his own grave so far and so deep in such a short time. ^^ The last we've seen from Brain was him being turned into a block of ice. Could be just for safe storage for later, or it might be magical ice that won't melt even in the height of summer and they'll leave him there as a warning and/or sign of respect for his courage. Considering the respect Cocyutus showed him and how Ainz treated Strogoff the previous season, I think it's the latter.
Brain died, but as has been shown that's not necessarily permanent. They likely would not bother to preserve the corpse in ice like that if they did not plan on either reviving him or turning him into some kind of undead.

Coming from him, this might well have been sort of making Brain into his own momument, testament to his courage and integrity. I really do not think that Cocyutus wills tand for having Brain turned into an undead unless the order comes directly from Ainz himself.

Cocyutus is very respectful of warriors and the whole 'warrior culture' motif, so you are right that he might have preserved his remains simply to get him a good grave or otherwise preserve him for posterity. As for reviving him or animating him as an undead it would be Ainz's decision either way and he would probably do the work himself since he'd make the best use of the raw materials in the latter case and in the former he would probably want to offer the man his 'join us or die, again', sales pitch. Ultimately Brains is admirable for his courage and his sword skills are on par with the only other human that Ainz made a personal offer to recruit, Gazef. This fact may have been passed along to him via Renner's reports so he may be aware of this in which case he probably will make an offer... Not much to lose besides a charge on one of those raise dead wands.
Honestly unless the poisoning was really painful (can't actually remember from the LN) it was probably a gentler way to go than being crushed by debris from collapsing buildings due to earthquakes.
You know how in the previous episodes, Renner the princess has been running an orphanage and taking care of all the orphans inside. Well, the reason she did all that is to sacrifice all of the orphans to become a demon so she can stay with Climb(pet) forever.
Renner loves Climb in the same way an owner loves a beloved puppy. She openly shared this ending was her intention in an earlier season. She wanted him to die in battle so he would be weak and helpless because revival causes stat and level loss. She intends to nurse him back to health just so she can make him dependent on her more. She would then become lovers with him and have his child.
8:22 You cut the flashback scene but it's actually very important. It's show when Renner did first contact with Nazarick and how she's supply them with information in exchange for Climb safety. Everything from knowledge of the underground circle, Royal court, Noble inner circle came from Renner. She also the one gathering, picking nobles who would fall under Nazarick command as we saw at the end. Marquis Raeven despite never in direct contact with Nazarick team but he was given command through Renner. Basically in the last 2-3 seasons, what we saw is mostly Nazarick execution on Renner's plan.
The Seed is what allows Racial Changes. (From Human to Imp(Demon) ) And for her to activate the first one for her own Racial Change Renner poisoned that entire orphanage with both of the caretakers. It requires a sacrifice.

its cute that it took people this long to find out how devious and utterly insane Renne truly is. when it comes to the seeds of the fallen- she already earned it through sacrificing the children at the orphanage since season 2. The kingdom was just icing on the cake for her favorite pet, Climb.
What’s best is that Renner’s character profile tells of her likes as a human and as a demon. Once she turned into a demon, her like was “having sex with climb.” 😂
Mare and Aura are genderswapped / Crossdressing yes. Mares motivational chant was something I did not knew I needed. Oh Climb did die ... but was ressurected and lost couple levels and became weaker ... like Renner wanted. Renner actualy one of the few characters that realy have their happy ending. With their adorable weak little reveived puppy that she can norture to her little devoted demon bed toy. All she had to do was sacrificing anything else and Kill an Orphanage full of kids with poison. Good deal for an eternity of happiness If I dare say so myself.
Ainz said at the beginning of season 1 when he killed the first knights he was about to give up if his favorite spell (grasp heart) didn't work. Probably why he uses it so much.
In the end Renner got the happy ending she deserved, and she got it through sheer effort. Too bad the King's death happened off screen, I feel like it would have been very satisfying to watch, but that was also the case in LN.😁 An interesting detail left out is the fact that Ainz wants to sneak out of work to go on vacation, which will lead to the event of the next arc.

Renner is the Disney princess we have needed for a long time tbh. Its amazing that madhouse did a Disney princess song better than Disney themselves lol.
Overlord could literally be a prequel anime to any other anime where a protagonist grows up in a world dominated by evil. Every season would just be a new heroic backstory and journey that inevitably ends with Ainz finally noticing them and deciding they're worth the trouble for him to personally intervene and he just kills them after a truly embarrassing battle.
obviously they couldn't adapt everything from the LN so it might be a bit confusing for anime only fans, but it was done pretty well overall, and the extra princess singing scene was a nice touch...shows how crazy she be....
Renner is not loyal to Nazarick in the same way all the other NPCs are. There is the Wise King of the Forest too, of course but unless she is hiding her light under a bushel VERY thoroughly she's no real threat to Ainz and the Great Tomb. Princess Imp Renner is a lot more devious and who knows what ambition might manifest in her heart after a few millenia of playing with her toy Climb?
The red ord Ainz has is a WORLD ITEM. There's no way a simple sword can destroy it. Also, it's deceiving. It's not his weakness, in fact undead skeleton don't have weak point on their body. If anything, that's his strong point.
Interesting point is how Ainz was curious whether the sword was able to destroy a world item or not. Considering Ainz said the sword has more hidden secrets than Gazef knew it really begs the question of what that sword actually is. Mightbe a wild magic item aswell? I don't remember anything about it from the novel.

Wild Magic has the same properties as world items and, it is theorized, that Wild Magic might've been what was used to bring players of Yggdrasil to the New World and made their player characters and items real. So world items can counter Wild Magic and vice versa.
02:10 you're actually right, Mare is the boy and Aura is the girl, the thing is, everyone outside Nazarick thinks they are the same gender as they're dressed, the old man mistake Aura for a boy, even Jircniv mistake them both the first time he meet them, when Aura and Mare paid him a visit at his castle back on seasson 3, it wasn't on the Anime, but on the novel Jircniv invites them for some tea to try to make a deal with them and to try to extract information from them, the people of this new world very often gets their gender wrong because of how they look.
Climb did not almost kill Ainz. That orb is a world item. It is not apart of his body. If it was destroyed he would be fine. Whether or not that sword can even damage a world item is yet to be seen. Also yes that sword can kill Ainz but that does not mean he would die from a single slash. It is similar to how Shaltears lance can also kill Ainz. It can hurt him and if you hurt him enough times he can be killed. However it does not mean it can just one shot him. (It would also need to be wielded by someone on Ainzes level to even do serious damage to him. At the hands of someone like Climb or Gazef it would be like receiving paper cuts. He would not have been able to touch Ainz to begin with due to the massive difference in their speed and reflexes.
When a person is resuscitated they lose a lot of power, as Climb wasn't very strong, he awakes as a invalid, he will need time to regain his former self
Well it depends, she could be also like Demiurge.... Since Imp is the basic demon class, she could choose more advance demon race class once she max level the Imp race, which is by level 10..
Climb was going to strike Ainz's World Item inside him, the red orb but that wouldn't have killed Ainz. And it'd be pretty impossible to kill Ainz when he constantly has that World Item on him......unless you are Shaltear or Ruberio.
i like this season, for me this season is best adaptation. i'm read the novel, but it's been a long time, so I'm still surprised by the progress of the story.
"Imp" which is the basic of the demon race, which make sense since technically Renner is a newborn.... With this racial change, her racial levels was reset into level 1...
ayou are right about aure and mare, but the other people in the world dont know that the creators of them flipped their gender styles, so its as confusing to them as it is for us, or at least not obvious.
assuming a lot, there, dude. Ainz himself don't know what the blade would do upon impacting the world item, but it's just an item. Chances are destroying it would diminish him in some way, but probably not to the point where New Worlders would stand much more of a chance. unless, of course, it should explode with the force of a magical nuclear device. which, judging by the casual air of him stopping the blow, is not something he considers likely.

Mare and Aura crossdress. there's no doubt about it. but given that they are still children, it's easy to make the mistake and call her "boy" since she's dressed like one. in a sense, Ainz broke the fourth wall when he mentions that if it were a fictional world Climb would had defeated him with an inner power awakened by his rage. but this is the real world. She didn't this to become a demon. she did this so Climb will forevermore be with her. no doubt. she's as twisted as one can be. destroy your father's kingdom, win a human pet.
you must be smoking the Climb crack to think this was the best season. ON a 1-10 scale S1 is a 10, S4 is a 2. Not once this season was I left with a "I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEY DO NEXT", or OMG I NEVER SAW THAT COMING, or THAT WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED. I was a season of meh. It has become BLEACH post AIzen, watchable, but not great.

Climb could have never killed Ainz. Even the sword, while it can 'harm' Ainz who has immunity to attacks below level 60, there is no chance a single strike from a level 10 or so guy to kill a level 100 character. Sorry, no chance, it was all a play orchestrated by Renner for Climb to accept becoming a demon.
You're incorrect about Ainz' immunity here. Climb is wielding the sword Razor Edge and when Ainz appraised it before his duel against Gazef, he said that this sword does bypass his immunity.
Now, as a level 100, Ainz does have a lot of HP. There's no way Climb could have killed him in one blow, but Ainz could potentially have been scratched in that fight.
I bet you that Renner requested for Climb to be resurrected with the cheapest lowest spell so he'd take forever to recover. She has said she wanted to care for a weak and bedridden Climb in S2 I believe.

Anime was unable to show it, but all of Philip's domain was filled with his people impaled and the floor was red.
Climb had MANY of the characteristics of a hero, including: Courage, Honesty, Humility, Conviction, Determination, and Loyalty to his kingdom and it's people. And in practically ANY other Issekai, a character like Climb what be the main character of the story. And in ANY other story the fight with Ainz would have ended in Ainz defeat, since the way MANY of these stories tend to go, the character who plays the role of the villain USUALLY loses. Even if there is a difference in power, with the typical cliches of " the power of friendship", and "love conquers all" are used. However Overlord ISN'T like most stories where these things happen. And I think Ainz pointing that out to Climb during their fight was fantastic, since not only was it in character for him based on everything else he's done. But it also was a great way of the author of the series to poke fun at other authors for adding these overused cliches. And in the end, Climb lost everything, with his friends being brutally murdered, and his homeland reduced to rubble. His ONLY solace now is that he has Renner, which is more sad when you think about his love for her is based on a lie. His dark fate fits perfectly with Overlord though lol.
As much as I enjoyed this episode, I do have many problems with it. Like how this episode keeps up with the anime's tradition of cutting out content from the novels that are important, since it affects how the reader sees these characters. For instance, how Albedo indirectly threatens Renner that if she doesn't meet her expectations from now on the consequences would be dire not just for her, but for Climb as well. Reinforcing that their is a difference of status between the two, and that Albedo does NOT see her as an equal, just a useful pawn that she gets along with due to her intelligence, and evil nature.My next issue of cut content is some of the destruction of the kingdom that was caused by Mare, and I would have loved to see some of that slaughter that was in the book animated. Finally, I wish the scene between Albedo and Phillip was longer like it was in the book, since they were many more words exchanged between the two and it was quite funny, since Albedo LITERALLY drags him out of his safe place by his ear toward a different location to be tortured, with leaves the man so overwhelmed with fear he passes out, which suprises Albedo. The fact Phlllip got this reaction out of one of the most smartest and capable surbordinates in Nazarick was just soo funny to me, and I would have loved to have seen that animated. we also find out the fate of some of the supporters of Phillip, but alas all of this was cut out.
Overall, I'd rate this season a 7/10, since the anime cuts out too much content from the books for my liking, which is a problem for me, since it can change the audiences perception of the characters, and the anime still animates like crap most of the time. But I'll give it praise for showing more of the evil actions Ainz and crew commit more consistently throughout the season, unlike the previous seasons where a lot of evil things Nazarick does was cut out for the anime. Finally, I like the liberty they took with Renner, since the song and dance she performed was actually an anime original scene and that was a pretty excellent addition as well.
Tbf, Ainz has the power of 40 friends and the power of love (Nazarick), so yeah xD

The last we've seen from Brain was him being turned into a block of ice. Could be just for safe storage for later, or it might be magical ice that won't melt even in the height of summer and they'll leave him there as a warning and/or sign of respect for his courage.
Considering the respect Cocyutus showed him and how Ainz treated Strogoff the previous season, I think it's the latter.
Brain died, but as has been shown that's not necessarily permanent. They likely would not bother to preserve the corpse in ice like that if they did not plan on either reviving him or turning him into some kind of undead.

Coming from him, this might well have been sort of making Brain into his own momument, testament to his courage and integrity. I really do not think that Cocyutus wills tand for having Brain turned into an undead unless the order comes directly from Ainz himself.

Cocyutus is very respectful of warriors and the whole 'warrior culture' motif, so you are right that he might have preserved his remains simply to get him a good grave or otherwise preserve him for posterity. As for reviving him or animating him as an undead it would be Ainz's decision either way and he would probably do the work himself since he'd make the best use of the raw materials in the latter case and in the former he would probably want to offer the man his 'join us or die, again', sales pitch.
Ultimately Brains is admirable for his courage and his sword skills are on par with the only other human that Ainz made a personal offer to recruit, Gazef. This fact may have been passed along to him via Renner's reports so he may be aware of this in which case he probably will make an offer... Not much to lose besides a charge on one of those raise dead wands.

You know how in the previous episodes, Renner the princess has been running an orphanage and taking care of all the orphans inside. Well, the reason she did all that is to sacrifice all of the orphans to become a demon so she can stay with Climb(pet) forever.
Renner loves Climb in the same way an owner loves a beloved puppy. She openly shared this ending was her intention in an earlier season. She wanted him to die in battle so he would be weak and helpless because revival causes stat and level loss. She intends to nurse him back to health just so she can make him dependent on her more. She would then become lovers with him and have his child.
8:22 You cut the flashback scene but it's actually very important. It's show when Renner did first contact with Nazarick and how she's supply them with information in exchange for Climb safety. Everything from knowledge of the underground circle, Royal court, Noble inner circle came from Renner. She also the one gathering, picking nobles who would fall under Nazarick command as we saw at the end. Marquis Raeven despite never in direct contact with Nazarick team but he was given command through Renner. Basically in the last 2-3 seasons, what we saw is mostly Nazarick execution on Renner's plan.
That song wasn't in the LN but as s reader I can say that rener dancing was pure gold :D
The Seed is what allows Racial Changes. (From Human to Imp(Demon) ) And for her to activate the first one for her own Racial Change Renner poisoned that entire orphanage with both of the caretakers. It requires a sacrifice.

In the end Renner got the happy ending she deserved, and she got it through sheer effort. Too bad the King's death happened off screen, I feel like it would have been very satisfying to watch, but that was also the case in LN.😁
An interesting detail left out is the fact that Ainz wants to sneak out of work to go on vacation, which will lead to the event of the next arc.

Every season would just be a new heroic backstory and journey that inevitably ends with Ainz finally noticing them and deciding they're worth the trouble for him to personally intervene and he just kills them after a truly embarrassing battle.

Renner is not loyal to Nazarick in the same way all the other NPCs are. There is the Wise King of the Forest too, of course but unless she is hiding her light under a bushel VERY thoroughly she's no real threat to Ainz and the Great Tomb. Princess Imp Renner is a lot more devious and who knows what ambition might manifest in her heart after a few millenia of playing with her toy Climb?
The red ord Ainz has is a WORLD ITEM. There's no way a simple sword can destroy it. Also, it's deceiving. It's not his weakness, in fact undead skeleton don't have weak point on their body. If anything, that's his strong point.
Interesting point is how Ainz was curious whether the sword was able to destroy a world item or not. Considering Ainz said the sword has more hidden secrets than Gazef knew it really begs the question of what that sword actually is. Mightbe a wild magic item aswell? I don't remember anything about it from the novel.

Wild Magic has the same properties as world items and, it is theorized, that Wild Magic might've been what was used to bring players of Yggdrasil to the New World and made their player characters and items real. So world items can counter Wild Magic and vice versa.

02:10 you're actually right, Mare is the boy and Aura is the girl, the thing is, everyone outside Nazarick thinks they are the same gender as they're dressed, the old man mistake Aura for a boy, even Jircniv mistake them both the first time he meet them, when Aura and Mare paid him a visit at his castle back on seasson 3, it wasn't on the Anime, but on the novel Jircniv invites them for some tea to try to make a deal with them and to try to extract information from them, the people of this new world very often gets their gender wrong because of how they look.

Climb did not almost kill Ainz. That orb is a world item. It is not apart of his body. If it was destroyed he would be fine. Whether or not that sword can even damage a world item is yet to be seen. Also yes that sword can kill Ainz but that does not mean he would die from a single slash. It is similar to how Shaltears lance can also kill Ainz. It can hurt him and if you hurt him enough times he can be killed. However it does not mean it can just one shot him. (It would also need to be wielded by someone on Ainzes level to even do serious damage to him. At the hands of someone like Climb or Gazef it would be like receiving paper cuts. He would not have been able to touch Ainz to begin with due to the massive difference in their speed and reflexes.
When a person is resuscitated they lose a lot of power, as Climb wasn't very strong, he awakes as a invalid, he will need time to regain his former self
She is a lvl 1 demon. An imp, if she continues to level she'll be like albedo.
Well it depends, she could be also like Demiurge.... Since Imp is the basic demon class, she could choose more advance demon race class once she max level the Imp race, which is by level 10..

assuming a lot, there, dude. Ainz himself don't know what the blade would do upon impacting the world item, but it's just an item. Chances are destroying it would diminish him in some way, but probably not to the point where New Worlders would stand much more of a chance. unless, of course, it should explode with the force of a magical nuclear device. which, judging by the casual air of him stopping the blow, is not something he considers likely.

you must be smoking the Climb crack to think this was the best season. ON a 1-10 scale S1 is a 10, S4 is a 2. Not once this season was I left with a "I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEY DO NEXT", or OMG I NEVER SAW THAT COMING, or THAT WAS SO MUCH MORE THAN I EXPECTED. I was a season of meh. It has become BLEACH post AIzen, watchable, but not great.
