I like his paintings alright, but the sketches are some of the greatest works of art. It's nice to see a master's thought process captured on paper, sketches are useful to loosen up a bit. I hope to reach his level some day.
If you call this "Technique" you need to see Russian Technique and those who are crazy with the technique side of drawing..... at this stage you can't distinguish the touch of one of the master artist...you have a lot to learn....see you after 4 years.

What do you describe as emotion? Because for me, it's switched up. I see a lot of emotion and not a very tight rendering.
People who cant draw talk about emotion , perception , blah
techniques and skills is grammar of visual art , you cant paint without it..
