Hey, how do I train and improve my hinges if I'm stuck at home and have no equipment? I notice my back rounds a lot whenever I bend down and I want to train my hinging so I don't have to consciously think about proper hinging every time I do have a barbell but no weights, is there a bodyweight exercise? I've tried high reps hinging with whatever I got but It's not enough weight, my back starts hurting painfully instead of fatiguing
Once you start adding weights it's no longer calisthenics. Calisthenics is only using your body weight as resistance. "Weighted Calisthenics" is an oxymoron.
