Can you tell the brand name of vessel you prepare potato poriyal? Is it steel? Is not sticky? Can it be used for deep fry? Whether it will be blacken the vessel during deep fry??
@malayalam tech That is Granite Coated Pan bought 2 years back in a nearby shop, in many brands granite coated pans are available in Amazon sister, Granite coated pan is good in roasting things like potato, cauliflower and for making tikka recipes. The food items will not stick to the pan, you can use any kind of laddle on granite pan unlike nonstick pans, If nonveg i use to do grilled chicken on this pan. Try to purchase a good brand in Amazon based on customer reviews sis👍. The brand i am using is BERGNER price was 1200rs

madam but yours looks like steel fry pan. What you have shared is nonstick pans
@malayalam tech Oh........... Ok. I did in two pans this potato fry sister, so i was not sure which one you are asking. The one you are asking is stainless steel fry pan bought in shop nearby (Not online purchase). But this pan is not good for these types of roasting or frying, food sticks to it well, very tough to cook without burning food and also to clean the pan. So i suggested you granite coated pan. The link i shared has got granite coated pans (Some may be nonstick) make sure it is granite coated and then purchase if you like

Hi, when we boil the vessel , small particles are coming out like thakadu why it happened?
@Chitra Rajan Might be due to quality of your vessel, if not good quality you will get these chips when boiling

Instead of pitambari go with exo cleaning powder or sabeena . It will give you better results than pitambari in 3 rd method. It is my personal experience

@lakshmi natarajan Both deepam and saami are to be treated same sis, if putting deepam is right then saami also we can clean in same method. For cleaning purpose only we are doing so, that's why i have shown 3rd method also. You can clean in 3rd method sis👍
