I think he is doing a good a job as anyone could explaining. I would just say from a living experience it's experienced through the nervous system as joy and a silence in the mind. Assuming it has made a permanent home in the body one will experience that independent of circumstances, thoughts, or emotions. Not that those things won't influence it but that it will be experienced irrespective and the mind and emotions will dissolve into it. . It is a skeleton key. One can totally be oneself in it.
