You are right about MSG Vedesh. It was first discovered by the Japanese. Its the reason Kombu is used in Dashi etc to extract the naturally occuring MSG. Actually red meat, cheese, anchovies, tomatoes, mushrooms all have natural MSG in them. Spaghetti Bolognaise is one of the most Umami laden Western Cuisine dishes because of the red meat, parmigiano, tomato, mushrooms all which have high concentrations of natural MSG. Worcester sauce is made from anchovies again lots of MSG hence umami, thats why its used a lot. Its actually based on an Indian recipe.

To open the pickle bottle just knock around the cover of the bottle a little on the edge of the counter top. Works like a charm. Looks delicious 👍😋.
