I sat up all night long in my Dodge Ram when my youngest son and I went to Winterfest for Boy Scouts and it dropped to 30 below zero. To me, the 20’s and 30’s are warm! Of course that’s with serious winter camping gear and knowing the do’s and don’ts of winter camping! Glad you guys had a good experience. But…Spring Breakers already?!
Yeah, we thought maybe we’d have a little more time before the Spring Breakers arrived. But they’ve just been pouring in since the weekend!

Dang, y'all have been to the beach more in a week then I have in like 10 years. I'm like less than 15 miles to it, but from this point on until September it's hours just to roll there and back. Told y'all they were coming like a swarm of bees. I am so glad the family had a great time in the area. Y'all had a great week. The cold front is moving through as I type this, and I think soon for a few days it will be down towards the 30's and 40's. Be sure to stop at the old gas station in Live Oak for some killer BB-Q sandwiches and Boiled peanuts. Safe travels home y'all.
We feel like we’re leaving at just the right time weather wise. We had sun and clear skies almost the whole trip and now we appreciate how lucky we were pre-Spring Break. You weren’t kidding about how much things would change. Lol
So fun!! I miss Florida

How's the temperature? I am going next week to destin, I am worried if it's freezing 🥶
It has been in the low 70s for highs and high 50s, low 60s for the low temps this past week. Warm enough to go to the beach, but the water was cold.

How much did it cost to move your furniture from arizona? I didn’t realize to rent a truck cross country it averaged 4K and up..yikes!
I don't remember the exact numbers, but I know it was more than $4,000. Probably $5,000+.
