Can Poli fully conversate? For example, I am having trouble with my speaking skills. If I am trying to speak french to Poli but my sentence/wording is incorrect, will she correct me? In other words, can she have a complete speaking conversation with me as if she was a real live French tutor?

Exactly! Learning the language on paper is so different from actually having someone to speak with to hear them as well as hearing yourself.
