Watched this video several times now and continue to cry. To say that there is one point that is my favorite? I can not because they all are. The song is beautiful which add's to the pictures that show the love between father and daughter and MnM. One part made me realize this man is in love with her. He worships the ground his mother walks on and yet in the picture he is kissing mom but watching Meryl, while holding her hand and she watches him in return. This video is beautiful beyond words.
I guess what is so touching is the father-daughter relationship which comes through in the song and in the images of Meryl with her father. The part the relates to Maks as the one to whom the father will be passing her on is, at this point, fantasy or wishful thinking on the part of us fans, but they sure look good together.,
It's hard to choose, but, after watching this video again, multiple times over, I've decided that it's my favorite of all your other really awesome ones. I think it's because I also saw that beautiful, rather serene smile of acknowledgement(?), acceptance(?) on Mr. Davis's face during the finals. I remember back in May when I would replay, over and again, just his and Mrs. Davis's reactions, trying especially to read HIS face...because he is DAD, after all!!! I totally believed back then, that he already knew...and your video has made it all come together , perfectly.

Watching this now--two years after it was uploaded and a year after many of the comments were made--well, it's very poignant, and the year that they won and the year or so afterwards that they continued to dance together on SWAY and the DWTS anniversary show have come and gone. And it appears that everything is different now. Although I thought that, on a certain level, he was absolutely crazy about her, I never really thought it was anything more than a terrific friendship that would, as each of them have said, would pretty much go on forever. But Maks has found himself someone who's on the jealous side and who is giving him exactly what he wants, apparently--progeny. Watching him with Peta, I've never gotten the sense of the strong feelings that he appeared to have for Meryl. " I cant wait for Peta to pursue her goals and whatever and I just want to be a stay-at-home dad" doesn't really sound like someone who's crazy about the mother of his child. Sigh.

I saw the same pictures don't really know what to make of them it really does look like a PR promotion but what I think we need to realize is we fell in love with them, they, not necessarily with each other but most of all we actually fell in love with the story they told each week through their dances so whether Maks and Peta are really together as a couple only they know but he did say one time that he could not put into words how close he and Peta are and if Maks loves Meryl truly from his heart only he and she will know personally I think he does because he has no problem professing it so let's not tarnish a beautiful friendship and make anyone the bad guy when they (Maks, Meryl and Peta) are the only ones who will ever really know the truth. Ask yourself this: would I rather have a lasting friendship or a broken relationship? I think Maks and Meryl would choose the former.
Your other video of them SWAY has been removed I'm afraid. It had over 20.000 views already. I loved it it was so sensual and a lot of passion. Great job as always!!!!
One of my favorite songs from the musical Sound of Music is Something good. It came to my mind when Maks was expressing his amazement at getting Meryl as his partner. Even since then he has often commented on the "bad" he has done in the past. I wonder if you think the song is maybe too tame to do a Maks and Meryl montage around it.
