Karina's vocals are insane too. She can sing, dance & rap well, what an all rounder she is. On top of that she is such a beautiful woman too! SM groups are known to have good vocals, even their "non-vocalists" (rappers, dancers) can sing pretty good.
Yes! I love her part in front of the red billboard. She gave off a lot of charisma and diva vibes. Really enjoyed that part of the video. She also brought some rapping, just doing it all!

Drama is honestly mind blowing, they truly crushed it!!! The girls all sound beyond heavenly, the atmosphere and cinematography of the mv is insane and the choreography aaaaa so damn good. And omg THE ATTITUDE? THEIR VOICES??? CRAZY!!!

Yes! Such a dramatic change and yet they're two of my favorite songs I've heard!
Yo. Great reaction! Aespa is a group with an insane lore, more than any other SM group. Even their name comes from 'avatar experience' which is connected to their main concept of them having AI counterparts. I don't know if you into this kind of thing but SM and the girls pull it off quite amazingly. So if you wanna really get into aespa, I'd recommend you to start in order from the beginning because there's literally a storyline with characters, heroes and villains and lot of world building.
The order of their MVs would be: Black Mamba > Next Level> Savage > Girls > Welcome to ky world > Spice > Better Things ✅ > Drama ✅
I'll definitely come back to check it out. Also, their albums B sides are really amazing and diverse.
I think I'm gonna be into whatever AESPA wants me to do haha. 😅 I plan for my next AESPA video to either be the drama performance video or black mamba. I'm excited! Thank you for sharing and for watching!

It's actually hilarious how Better Things was your first exposure to aespa because that song is pretty much the big exception when you go through their discography or at least through all their MVs 😂 but Drama threw all of us on a loop even people who stanned since pre debut so you're in good company

It's SM - Taeyeon, Red Velvet, Aespa - vocals; concepts; queens. It took me a while to get on board with Aespa - but their vocals won me over. Winter kills me. Every time. And off stage she is such an introverted softie, it slays me even more. But I don't have a bias in any SM group - it's not possible.
SM just knows what they're doing! Crazy amounts of talent, vocals, visuals, it's just amazing!

SM artists are bringing the darkness this fall and I’m here for it! This is my favourite Aespa comeback so far! But they’ve always been this good. You will love their whole catalogue.
You should check out Red Velvet’s comeback on the 13th. They are another SM girl group with insane vocals. They do both pretty and bubbly concepts and dark and badass concepts and the teasers for this new comeback are leaning heavily to the dark side!

There’s so many groups in other labels! 😄 But SM is the OG big label so they have the resources to create amazing groups. I love all their artists from Kangta, who debuted all the way back in 1996 to RIIZE, who just debuted this summer!

This MV is definitely one of the best k-pop videos this year. The editing is insane. The girls' acting is captivating. SM's two current active girl groups, Red Velvet and aespa, both have two-side concepts, with more fun/pop and more dark/savage songs alternating. Aespa released a mini-series that introduced their lore. It will help to understand their earlier singles that followed a plot better.

And EXO were the ones to divide the universe into two halves to begin with.
SM is also well-known for "we are family" concept. SM artists give SMTown concerts every year, older artists promote younger artist.This really helps to make fans of one group/solo artist to fall for other SM acts. It's a great strategy.
Check out "GOT the beat" and "Super M". Two "super-groups" made of female/male idols from different SM groups. GOT has 3 generations (BoA, SNSD, RV, aespa) and two singles with MVs. The strongest vocals and dancers.
Oh, and you should like Irene&Seulgi unit. They have dark seductive concept.
