Big murff is the god father of donks when I was in 9th grade I seen murff donk on east coast riders I fell in love with donks my 12th grade year my father was going to buy me a brand new car but I told my father I don't want no new car I want a donk that was my first car and still got it to this day I will never sale my donk when I die passing it down to my kid donk ride or die 1975 donk life forever

40:00 We got to stop spending money on clothes, and get life insurance policies. I had plenty of white friends with brand new houses at 18. When grandma pass her life insurance policy left him and and sister $300k. He bought a new house with his money and works just to buy himself toys.
I’ve had plenty of white friends who wore the same shoes from 10th to 12th grade and the money they saved, bought a car. I’ve also watched our 11 yr old youth go to school with $600 worth of clothes on.
Let’s get our game and our knowledge up.
Facts you gotta learn how to invest in what you believe in and not in clothes and shoes this car I got took hours of hard work but I try to tell the youngens around me put your money in something that going to make you money not something that makes people think that you have money such as clothes 💯

A lot of people just catching this wave of Donk riding, but I'm from Miami Fl Dade County and believe me this Donk shit was a anyday thing, weekday,weekend's at the football games, MLK parades, etc. I grew up seeing him and many other's, I agree Trick killed em with the the Louie top vert. He would come thru all the time even with the green hard top, I even remember seeing the slip n slide vert. We saw these guys on a daily basis. Trick also kept Donks alive in the music then came east coast riders. Chevys were everywhere but no one dropped a chevy like a Dade county, Broward County Boy! Even the Wicks, Gold teeth, choppers, to an extent even that bikelife. I will always love my city and State. 👌✋

Murph ain't neva lied in order to run with the big Dawgs you have to have over 2k horses. Putting a car together right will cost you about 50k for real, shit I just got started on my MC SS and I'm nowhere near finished and it cost me a lot already. I believe that Donk, Box, & Bubble Magazine caused the confusion of what a Donk is. They had all different types of whips featured in their magazine when they should have stayed true to the streets. That being said imma say that a Donk is a body style from Chevrolet only from the year 1971 to the year 1976 Chevrolet Impala Caprice and Bel-air. Nothing else classifies.
