There's nothing wrong with making another! Having same ideas is a common occurrence just as long as it doesn't look too similar to an existing character in both appearance & personality They can have the same personality but different appearances & preference on interests for example!

Billy is one of the three starting character we get when we begin the game. It is one of the reasons why the faction he is in is advertised the most while the other being their faction is the Main characters group.
