Thanks to your Unboxing Video I was able to make a decision and ordered one. I wasn't sure between this one and Ace Café London version. I ride a Bonneville T120 Black and wanted something classic to got with it and this helmet ticks the box. Many Thanks.
Hi there the T120 Black is an amazing looking bike, did u go for the silver tank or the all black version? Anyways this helmet will compliment the look for sure! Many safe rides and enjoy glad my video help u make the decision. I also have the Schubert C3 with the communication system but since i bought my Custom 500 I never really use it anymore :)

I just got this helmet. I LOVE it. Goes well with my Honda CB1100! Mine came with the Red soft cloth Bag
its a great looking lid for sure congrats on yours the HondaCB1100 is a great looking bike it was on my list when i was purchasing but decided in the end for the BMW R9T. Some of these came with bag some with cloth only to be honest bag more gets in the way then it gets used its clumsy... i keep mine in a dust bag from an old vespa helmet... :)
i think you would be right...the bag could be a bit clumsy as I put this helmet in the bag when not in use on the Bike.I must admit, really loving the CB1100...taking me back in a step of time! I have a few Vlogs from the CB1100...Check them out sometime. Looking forward to catching some of your vids here! Ride safe.
Will check the videos for sure just saw they updated the CB1100 with some new goodies plus came out with an EX model very cool bike. I have a lot of footage from this years DGR but have yet to come around to edit it and thats a lot of work...

You said medium is too small and large us too big? There no size in between I'm confused at what your saying.

I know you posted this video 4 years ago ,,,but it is still one of the best reviews for this helmet on UA-cam,,, I got my helmet delivered today and I have to send it back to (The Visor Shop ),,, way to small I couldn't even put it on ,,I measured my head at 56cm so I thought small should do ,,,was I so wrong ,,, I remeasured again and I got 57 which brings me to size medium,,,....now watching your video I am wondering should I get large because of the front pressure , I notice a huge amount pressure when I tried to put it on....... also I would love to know how you feel about your Bell now after wearing it for a few years or maybe you bought a different helmet,,

Great review mate!! I have the same helmet, do you know how to remove the cheek pads? I don't think they're removable, the same as the liner!! ... Non-Removable?

I managed to get the same helmet for £100, and I love it.

The front was a bit tight on my forehead....like my last helmet.
All I do to sort that....get a round wood pole maybe 30mm thick.....tap all around the front inner edge on an angle of around 45degrees....the idea is to round off the foam a bit.....may need a few attempts to get it right you your head.....
Mine is perfect now.
I wear glasses....pilot type glasses...so big lens with weak wire arms.....I alway put my helmets on while wearing my glasses....so not to strain the arms pushing then on with the helmet on my head.
But I struggled at first....to chin strap was a bit short.
Them I saw a youtube vid....the guy undid the chin strap.....I thought....why didnt I think of that.....makes getting it off and on so much easier.....soon get used to fastening the buckle by feel.

Very good video. Really enjoyed watching till the end. The helmet looks stunning except that D-ring strap is ridiculous on such an expensive helmet. So many better locks available and this inconvenient stuff is what they got! You may get used to it, but it will inconvenient all the time. Old school looking helmet is cool but not the strap.
terraccan I must say I agree with u the d ring looks cool and is age appropriate for the helmet that said even after one season of use I still have problems closing it some times... also the helmet on one side touches my ear but that not the helmet it's my weird ear lol 😂 thx for watching.

terraccan The D ring is the best way of fastening a helmet, all professional racers will have this type of strap for that reason. I'm not suggesting you would wear this helmet to race in but it is a very secure fastening and with a little practice it is quick and easy to use.

Just have your glasses on when you put the helmet on. Easy peasey.
I wear a bandana with my 500 and I have a helmet spray that foams up then dissipates and hey presto the helmet smells fresh and clean.The spray id called S Doc 100. Its by Dr OK Back Chemie made in Germany.

Actually LV have made a helmet ;) not sure how much it cost but I can imagine it's expensive ;)

The liner not coming out is not cool bit benting i did not find as problematic since its open face. Thx for watching!
They wanted to make the slimmest design possible. Vents as well as removable padding all add to thickness of the helmet.
This is probably not a helmet for long trips or big time touring, although I use a bell 500 for touring, with no issues.
Use Scotcgguard and spray it on the inside it will help keep sweat from absorbing
Great looking helmet but useless to me, no goggle strap on the back.
The carbon fiber version has it.
Its a beautiful helmet, I just don't know how I feel about having my face exposed like that.
